  I wish I could rate it a zero stars. Run away! The owner of this company is a liar and a thief with no ethics. The "one-day installation of my two-car garage floors" took two days and cost me $2925. But things happen, so I let that go, even though I was paying for a storage unit to hold everything I had in the garage. After they finished the installation, I waited 72 hours before I walked on it. There was a bit of water on the floor & I stepped in it. On my next step, I slipped. I put a tiny bit of water somewhere else on the floor. It was like ice. I keep my motorcycle in the garage, and the slippery floor was extremely dangerous when I walked my bike out of the garage. I called Concrete Coatings of The South, LLC., to inform them about this issue. They said their floors are never slippery. I offered to send them a video, but I was told one of their employees has to "have eyes on it." and to call their sales guy (who was out of the country). When he came by, he put a tiny bit of water on the floor and stepped on it, and his foot slid. He then touched the wet floor with his hand. He told me I was right, the floor is way too slippery. He said he had never seen that before and that they advertise a slip-free floor. I told him (I don't want to hear an upsell, as it was their fault. He said that wouldn't happen he'd have to talk to the owner and that he'd make it right, After a week of no returned phone calls or texts, the sales guy emailed me saying he and the owner agreed that the floor was fine, even though the owner never came to see it. But for an additional $756, they could come out and put some sand quartz on the floor, giving it more grit. There are many companies that do the same thing as Concrete Coatings of The South, LLC. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. Concrete Coatings of The South, LLC is sleazy and unethical.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Concrete Coating SC company , for our garage floor, their service was Exceptional , and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the initial consultation with Mr Nick who was very knowledgeable and kind , to the completion of the project, the team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results. I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Mr Rob B**** he was responsive to my inquiries, addressed any concerns promptly, and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the results. The cost of the concrete work was fair and justified considering the quality of the results delivered. It was a worthwhile investment that has significantly enhanced the value and appeal of my property.In conclusion, I highly recommend Concrete Coating SC company for any concrete projects. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction set them apart, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future and recommend them to my neighbors & friends.

  Fantastic product and process. They responded very quickly to my request for a quote - Karlene was prompt in coming out and showing us the products they provided. She was very professional and responsive to our needs. She took her time to describe the product and process. On the scheduled installation day, Lonnie and his team showed up and were very prompt and courteous. The job was completed as described, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. This is a great product provided by a great company. The people we were in contact with were top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to have their concrete work covered and protected. JOB WELL DONE!

  Over the moon in love with my garage, and patio floors. Nick and Mike were courteous and professional from start to finish. Great experience and worth every penny.   Awesome floor!! Worth every penny. I like the fact that it's not slippery when wet. It actually gives you better traction than a plain concrete floor. What a great safety feature that will benefit anyone with slip or fall concerns. They were fast and thorough in their install process. Done in 1 day. We waited to walk on it an extra day. Our rep was well versed in the application process and answered every question we had. These folks are Pros at their game.

  I can't say enough about this company. I had my patio and lanai covered. They went above and beyond from sales to financing to installation. Everything was top notch. The boys that installed the product went out of their way to make sure it looked just perfect!!! I have several neighbors that love the finished look and have asked for the number. I'm not always easy to please, but these guys are just amazing!!!
