Provider automatically billed for a date of service that was already processed/settled with insurance. They also could not explain how they auto billed a card that I use for single transactions but never authorized to be kept on file. I’ve been told I was already refunded, then when I confirmed no refund they said it was processed on *****/23 and could take 4-6 weeks. They keep “reaching out to billing” but then I don’t hear back for days/weeks and have to contact again and I’m getting nowhere. Over $1,000 dollars were taken from my card and by Dr. *******’s office and I do need that money refunded. As of their last email, I was supposed to receive a callback on yesterday ********** ** 2023] and that call never came.Customer response

Thank you for everything and I did receive a check this weekend from them for the full amount of the refund due. While I cannot say for sure, I believe putting them on your radar really got things moving. Have a wonderful week and again thank you for being diligent in helping with this matter.
