    I try my best not to be a “Karen” or a complainer but this is just unacceptable. Tuesday night our AC went out late at night and we had to stay somewhere for the night. Nigh and I had never been to The Partridge Inn so we decided to have an impromptu date night there. We arrive at the hotel 9:40pm and call the restaurant twice to order food with no answer, but no big deal because we went to cookout and came back and enjoyed our dinner on the patio. After eating, we came inside to start unpacking our bags and noticed pubic hair and mold all over our shower. We go downstairs and show the front desk woman (who was very rude and not understanding) and we were moved to another room which was even worse. Mold everywhere, old toothpaste in the sink, uncleaned toilet, but the nastiest thing was the live bugs living in the shower. If you watch the last video you will see the bugs crawling around the floor. Now it’s late, almost midnight, and I go back downstairs asking for someone to find me a cleaned room or to come clean our room. I was told I could go look through the rooms they had available and find one “up to my standards. “ I then asked for a refund and was denied. I then asked for the number of a manager so I could contact them first thing the next morning and was told “I’m not obligated to give you that, you can go find it online.” Now it’s midnight, I have to get up for work in just a few hours and we have nowhere to stay after being charged $300 to stay at this “reputable” hotel. Needless to say I got an attitude with the front desk lady and she then told me I had to leave the hotel - for better words, kicked me out. To sum it up, at midnight we had to find somewhere else to stay because The Partridge Inn - Curio Collection by Hilton couldn’t find us a clean room to stay in. I will not be retuning here nor do I recommend it - but given the circumstance I figured it’s best people know how this business operates.
