    I checked into the Comfort Inn, ****************************************XXXX) on ** Sep 2022.They first assigned me to room **** I walked in to a molding smell and discovered the AC Vents had obvious growing on in within 2 mins of entering the room. The front was covered.I went back to the lobby and requested a new room, I was assigned room **** I took a nap then woke up to shower and discovered Roaches in the room. I went to the lobby and as I was talking to the desk clerk I noticed two more Roaches roaming around in the lobby infront of the front desk. The desk clerk claimed because I was in Georgia and it is hot I should expect Roaches She claimed they came from outside. I am not sure how they made it to the 3rd floor to room ******* offered me another room but I know and infestation with German Roaches are not confined to just the lobby and one room so I told her I was checking out to find another hotel and I want a refund.She stated she had to reach out to the manager, they communicated and she informed me a refund was not possible but she will offer me a different room.I don't stay in Roach infestated hotels that has mold.I want a full refund.
