    I was relocated to ******* Georgia for a new job, and while I was looking to rent a new apt unit/house, I stayed at a hotel. However, hotel stays were cost too much, I decided to stay WoodSpring ******* **** ****** because the hotel was relatively cheap. The summary of the issue is as follows: 1. I booked the hotel in person, and the stay was supposed to be one week. 2. On the first night, *********** I saw so many roaches in the room crawling on the floor and walls, trying to get into my luggage and trying to be on the bed. It was disgusting and at the same time scary. I had never seen that many roaches in my entire life. The front desk was closed, and that is why I called Customer Service of Choice Hotel, explaining what happened. WoodSpring is a franchisee of Choice Hotel Company, and the phone number for Consumer Relations is operated by Choice Hotel. Customer Service gave me Ticket ID number and advised me to talk to front desk the next day and told me to call them back with result. 4. The next morning, *********** I talked to frontdesk, explaining what happened and told him that I would check out. He said he understood but that since he was not general manager, there was nothing he could do. I asked him to write down the ticket # I got from a Choice agent and give it to the manager. He said that he would. I checked out on ********** around 10am. 5.I called the hotel in the evening on *********** and while I was explaining what happened, the person on the phone hung up on me. 6. After I talked to Choice Customer Service on *********** I emailed the General Manager of WoodSpring ******* **** ******* No response as of right now. 7. I have contacted Choice Customer Service numerous times, and they said they were working on it, but every time I called them, the agent asked the same questions over and over again. I want my money back. Thank you for reading. P.S. I do not have a current address. The ** address is my previous one.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/25) */ Our General Manager was made aware of the situation only after the Guest had checked out and was advised that she checked out due to noise(loud dog) and a potential bug issue. We are sorry that Ms. ********** had a bad experience during her stay and have processed a refund/credit for the portion of the stay she paid for.
