Ray, Phillip, Gilbert, and Robert were amazing! They were so helpful, punctual, professional, patient, and kind. These gents got the job done! They spent all day moving my entire life's accumulations. They kept a positive attitude, were always looking for the best way to be careful with my items; they made extra efforts by protecting doors and doorways as to not damage my home or belongings. They rolled out a floor protection sheet; and carefully worked together to safely disassemble larger pieces of furniture to move them without damage. Upon initial contact, Jim came out to evaluate and estimate the cost of the move. The price was more than fair. Jim is a veteran of the moving industry and has years of experience. I had several glass table tops and mirrors, which he arranged for a 3rd party to come to my location and create custom crates to ensure safe arrival to my new location. Jim even came out during my move to check on the progress. Just want to rave again about the gents that helped with my move: Ray, Phillip, Gilbert, and Robert's work ethic and professionalism is top notch! I will always recommend Budget Movers of Augusta. Don’t pass them up just because "budget" is in the name. Their service is outstanding, and they will account for every piece of furniture and they are honest as the day is long. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend and would use them again!Budget Movers of Augusta, Inc. Response

Back in September, I used Budget Movers for the first time. I had 3 movers on a day of moving some big furniture from my apartment. Overall, the whole experience was professional, reliable, and excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Budget Movers of Augusta, Inc. Response

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Everyone I spoke and came into contact with were cordial and polite. the job was done quickly, efficiently, and without any damage to my items. Did not arrive with number of guys agreed upon causing move to take longer. One guy left for lunch in moving truck with our items and did not return for 2.5hrs. This was a move out with move in next day so paid for overnight storage. Next day movers did not arrive till late afternoon, this was not discussed when contracted and caused several issues. Items were literally thrown in my garage but worst was: Damaged furniture to include antiques. Boxes busted open and Items stolen! When filing a claim with the company,.Ashley stated she was waiting to hear back after following up for a month learned she never filed the claim. It was ultimately filed after me pressing and of course with insurance our claim was reduced to pennies. If you want a move and care about your Items do not use this company!!
