We bought our play set on ******* and was told it would be installed on ******** and take 8hrs to install. I called the week before to confirm the delivery and found out they did not have all the parts so the plan was to not put it up until the week before thanksgiving with no notification to me. They ended up coming out on ******** to install the swing set. It took them the entire day and they did not finish. They said they would be back the next day. On ******** one employee was sent to my house for the entire day and still did not finish the swing set (only the slide had been installed). Upon inspection, I found the major safety concerns in the pictures below. I contacted the manager, David, who came out that night to inspect the installation work. He agreed that this type of work was uncalled for and an extreme safety hazard. He told me they would be out to fix it the next day and have the play set up. On ******** * sent David a text at 10:30am to see when his crew would be showing up. He informed me they would not be there and could possibly come finish on Saturday. At this time I went and spoke to Mike who claimed to be the district manager. He told me he would reach out to me and resolve the issue. It is now ******** and I still have not heard from him about a resolution. This entire play set is a huge safety concern for my children with screws going through boards and the slide is not even attached. My children could get seriously hurt on something put together this way.
