Dwell property management got me for $449.81 and won't give it back, because I didn't give them a 30 days notice... My daughter is a ******** ****** *** and I had to move to help her. I had no choice in the matter. I left the apartment in the same way that it was when I moved in. I believe that I should get it back. I was on auto pay and I was planning on living there for the rest of my life, but then I was told that. I had to physically go to the office to find out everything... I was not contacted on the phone, or through email. The only reason that I found out was because my bank account wasn't showing that my rent wasn't taken out. In the first place the property management was Door post management. I was on section 8 housing and I believe that people on section 8 are discriminating against because of being poor or whatever. Some people can't help being homeless or poor. It's not fair to judge people because of their situation.

I have been in my apartment for 7 years and never had an issue. But I feel as if I am being harassed about money that I shouldn't have to pay, my family and I have had threats on eviction and the conditions of the home is putting our health at risk. I would ask for a copy of my lease and they kept telling me to refer back to my old lease rather than giving me a new lease to sign or talking to me about other options. This is the worst apartment to live in and renting from them just made it extremely hard.

Literally the worst place to rent from. We have had issues regarding black mold in every bedroom, getting our appliances fixed, our ac fixed, our water turned on, appliances being broken upon moving in. We have had horrible communication issues and honestly, we hate living here.

It’s been 4 months since my lease was up and they still will not send back my security deposit after saying they would multiple times. It’s a new excuse every time and I’m getting fed up.

The company hires vendors and then you have to chase them down to get paid. The Phillip ignores phone calls and makes excuses when they don't have a check. Wonder how well this business will do with its investors when it's sued in Superior Court not paying vendors.
