    I ordered 3 packs of seeds from them. Nothing germinated. I've contacted them several times, with no reply. NO I would not recommend ordering anything from them. Your just wasted your money. I've tried to leave a review with them when I rec'd email about my purchase. That doesn't even open to review. I'm sorry that I didn't look at the review on BBB before I ordered.

    First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We always appreciate hearing feedback from our customers as it provides us with the opportunity to grow! 

    Secondly, I would like to apologize for the issues you experienced with our products. This does not meet the standards we have in place for them. For some additional context, all of our products are tested for germination and purity standards to conform with the Federal Seed Act. Additioanlly, we offer a 45 day Germination Guarantee which backs all of our products. We want you to be satisfied with our products and are confident they should provide excellent results, but unfortunately sometimes seeds can be stubborn and just don't want to sprout! 

    Additionally, I checked our customer service platform and was unable to find any instances of you contacting us directly. We checked by searching for your contact methods that are on file with us in your customer account. I do apologize if there was a communication issue on our part. We strive to provide excellent customer service with our entire customer family, and we want you to be satisfied with any interaction you have with our company. 

    I would like to make this right with you. I will be processing a refund for each of the packets you purchased from our company due to the poor results they provided you. You should see this refund reflected back to your method of payment shortly. You should also get an email notification with the status of the refunds.

    I would like to thank you so much for all your help.   I just saw the full credit on my charge card for all three orders.   The amount may seem far to little for most to try to recoup.   But I was more upset that they asked for rating and when I just gave them 1 star, there wasn't any way to explain why.    I emailed  them several times when my seeds weren't germinating but never received any reply.  Thank you so much for all you do for us lil guys.  It's a big job and you do it well.

    I just purchased several packets of seed July 2024. Three of the packets are dated 2023. The remainder have no dates at all. According to the Federal Seed Act they must printed on the packet the year packed and last sell by date. The customer service department was rude & apparently are not aware that they are breaking the law. There is no way to determine if the seeds are this year or even several years ago. Prior year seeds should be destroyed & not sold in the current year.

For some additional context about your complaint, we routinely test our products with a 3rd party lab to ensure that they either meet or exceed the standards set forth in the Federal Seed Act. Additionally we also take precautions to track "Lot" information and numbers to ensure that all of our products are conforming. We take these precautions to ensure that the product you are receiving when shopping with us is high quality and should provide excellent results. If you ever have questions about the products you receive, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can discuss the products in your order in more detail. We are also happy to discuss the germination test results with you! 

    I would like to make this right with you. Today I will be processing a full refund of your order as a token of our appreciation for you giving us the opportunity with your business this year. You should receive this refund back to your method of payment within 2-3 business days. Additionally you will receive a email notification of the refund to the email address you have on file with us.     Per the customers desired outcome in the complaint we decided to fully refund this customer's order for the inconvenience. The customer indicated that they would accept a 50% refund and would return the order at our expense. We opted to give the full refund and allow the customer to keep the order.

    The corn I brought wouldn’t come out of the ground. The seeds didn’t germinate so I planted some more 10 days later still no plants one or two so I planted some more in a different spot still out of 50 seeds one plant came up!! So now it’s the first of July and I have 5 stocks of corn in my garden. I would like to have 150 planted two weeks apart. I bought enough seeds for three years I will just throw it away! To bad when you can’t buy good seeds.

    I ordered seeds that one of the items had zero germination and the other only 50% I am seeking $6.00 in a refund to my credit card. These seeds were started on a germination flat along with 3 other varieties of tomatoes that germinated just fine.

    I placed an order with Seeds n Such on January *** 2023. My bank confirmed that $31.53 was withdrawn by Seeds n Such on January *** 2023. On February ***2023 i received an EMPTY mailer. No order, no sale slip, NOTHING! I have tried contacting Seeds n Such, but can't get anybody. This is the second time I've had a problem with my orders this year. Finally was able to get the first order, but was given a runaround.
