This is not affiliated with the actual Airline US Airways and this company does not have permission to use the name. The company is also using the name US Airlines which is not an existing airline company.
The BBB contacted this company regarding concerns about a direct mail advertisement sent to consumers claiming they have won "two ticket vouchers anywhere in the Continental United States" with an official looking check from US Airlines, an airline company that does not exist. According to the BBB Code of Online Business Practices, Full Disclosure, this company must be able to disclose the details of the offer that is made to consumers in their advertising. BBB made attempts to reach the company to disclose the details of the claims made in the direct mailer, but did not receive a reply.
