My son tested positive for strep on Sunday. The doctor gave me a school excuse for 2 days. The doctor said if I needed anything else to let them know. My son still had a fever on Tuesday. I’m not allowed to send him to school for 24 hours of having a fever. I called Med Now and asked if I should bring him in to be checked again m, it was not a problem. I just needed another school excuse to cover for Wednesday. I was told he didn’t need to be seen again I could just coke get the school excuse. I go down there. They have new manger, he got loud with me when I was trying to tell them I had called. He kept pointing his finger at me and was very rude yelling at me in front of the patients in the waiting room. Atleast 10 to 15 people in the waiting room. I did get the school excuse. I called back up to med now. I was trying to let them know that situation shouldn’t have happened. The lady I spoke with was very nice and apologized to me, she asked if I wanted to speak with somebody. I said yes, this other lady gets on the phone. She said you got your excuse what else do you want. I told her I just didn’t think the situation should have been handled like that. She told me my child should have been seen again. I told her I called her office and they told me he didn’t. I still told her I didn’t mind him being seen again. She told me that her staff members didn’t know what they were talking about. I told her there is no reason to be rude, she people are rude and I needed to get over it. She told me not to come back to that doctor office and hung up on me. I don’t think they handled the situation in professional manner.

The complaint was handled in office. 

Nothing was solved about the issue from the business Med Now. I was poorly handled by the professionals at that location.

The situation was never solved or handled properly. The “professionals “ at that business, Med Now handled this very poorly. Not in a professional manner.
