    Around Jan 20, ************************************************************ ******* GA. ************* provided a worksheet of itemized costs and scope of work which I shared with PRC. By May 08, 2023 PRC stated they have completed the demo and cleanup tasks. I paid without delay with funds from the insurance claim check. However, upon a review, and inspection by the insurance, we noticed that the invoices were lacking supporting documents to attest to the costs. On August 30, 2023 I alerted PRC of the issue to no avail. Again a few more times after that and recently around April 12. PRC has ignored my inquiries. And the insurance is not disbursing the funds, bringing the restoration of the house to a halt.
