    I purchased a DX 180 Hydralic excavator from DOOSAN (Equipment share was the dealer). Over the past year a two months, I have had the same problem 8 times and doosan cannot fix their own machine. Keep in mind this was a brand new purchase. The dealership has been extremly good to work with, this is in no means on them. The **** Lemon Law does not apply to any vehicle over 12K lbs. I called the department of consumer protection here in ****, they recommended me to talk to the BBB. I myself am a BBB accredited business. I just don't know where else to turn. I can't talk to any big "decision makers" at Doosan. My excavator is how i make a living and feed my family, they sold me a faulty machine which they cannot fix. I want some resitution here. It is extremely unfair to me. Not to mention ive lost over $75K in loss of time not being able to run the machine. Not to mention that I had to rent other machines while DOOSAN was trying to fix their machine. I want to talk to a main decision maker at DOOSAN I have been very patient for the past year, this last time was my breaking point. I want to resolve this in a thorough manner.
