    We ordered a dishwasher from *********** Hub Group is the delivery and install provider assigned to our order. The original unit was dented, so my husband refused it. I reached out to ********** and they said it would be delivered on 5/28/24. I took the day off work to meet them. No one from Hub Group showed up. I reached out, and we were rescheduled again for 6/4/24. No one from Hub Group showed up. ********** called and asked ******, the manager, to contact me on 6/5, as he was gone for the day at 1pm on 6/4. He never called. Rescheduled us for 6/10/24. I took off work for a 3RD TIME on 6/10 to meet Hub Group/Forward Air. I had a missed call from a personal cell phone around 9am on 6/10. They said they showed up I never saw them but that the unit was not on their truck. We realized this at 10am, but no one in the truck that I was speaking with was authorized to fix the situation or go get my unit. The day was wasted. I called Hub Group and ****** the manager answered the phone. He was very cavalier about the multiple flubs on his companys part. He informed me that they dont do will call pick **** they would not be bringing me my dishwasher that day, and he could reschedule me. I asked to speak to his manager; he said he doesnt have a manager. He let me know theyre a Fortune 500 company, as if theres nowhere else to which I could take my grievances. ****** put me down for delivery on 6/15/24. I called at 2:07pm on June 15th to ask what was going on. The receptionist said I was to receive my dishwasher between 3-7pm. We stayed home all day waiting to meet them. Its Monday, 6/17/24, and no one ever arrived. Steer clear of this company and the retailers using them.
