  I was ok with this company because I received all of the items I ordered in a timely manner but now I have a problem. I signed up to be notified of sales and special events to support the business but as of about a month ago , I keep getting notified of sales with texts using foul language. When I click on the message it goes straight to the Black Vegan Website. I have replied that they needed to stop with the cursing but to no avail. Today, I stopped all text messages and deleted the Black Vegan app. Needless to say, they will no longer be getting any of my business.

  I ordered 90 day supply of Mullein leaf. It was on sale. I received only a 45 day supply. I contacted the vendor and after 8 weeks they replied with a subject FAM YOU TRIPPIN and proceeded to tell me how they will do research. After another 4 weeks I had to follow up on the issue because I havent heard anything. They emailed me and advised that after their research was done they found no error and ask me again to email a picture of the item. Which I already did on my initial attempt. This company has horrible customer service.

  Same issue as most I ordered from them twice each time I have an issue the 1st time my shower head was defective took them forever to respond and send another out the 2nd time is March 2023 which im still trying to get resolved I bought all these items and 1 of them i didn't receive I have sent all the proof talk to the P.O but if you look on their site with the tracking number they never sent it out as well my receipt doesn't have the item on the list I was suppose to receive, they're not responding if they do they take forever its been months and its July they need to be shut down because they're thrives !! Stealing people money and not sending out products...

  Ive had no issues whatsoever. My product didnt come as fast as Amazon, but I didnt mind at all. Took about 2 weeks for me to review and it was worth the wait. The lung detox is the best!

  If they mess up your order they definitely give you the run around. They say their sending the rest of my incomplete order all the time. I have been waiting a month and nothing. They won't give me a tracking number. I feel like their just not going to send me the rest of my order, that I paid for. It really upsets me because I needed the product and I wasted my money.

  I got a partially filled order from black vegan. Ive been email in texting for over a month to try to get the rest of my order. I try to be supportive of good health and black business. They keep telling me that Ive given them the wrong information about my order. *** sent them information over and over in an email and they still tell me Im not sending the correct information. It seems like they only care about the money and not the person.

  Always have received products in a timely manner, so not sure how so many others had the opposite experience. However, the Tongat does not seem to live up to the marketed hype. Have tried a few times now, and no noticeable affects at all..wonder if it's even authentic/real Tongat, as there is no way to verify/validate if any of their products are authentic. Overall, not a bad experience, just unsure regarding product quality. Willing to try other products, because the price points are fair.

  I have not received, products I ordered from the shop. I have received an email stating my product was delivered. It was not, appears to be some type of scam.

  I ordered an item from the black vegan shop website on July 19th 2022. My item still has not shipped yet till this day. I emailed customer support & they told me there is a delay on my order. I have been emailing the staff team a few times about how long will the delay shipping take & they are not responding efficiently about my order. The shipping delay has been two weeks & the order still has not shipped out yet. I am highly upset about this company because the staff is not responding back in a timely *********** feel like this company scammed me with this order.
