    I would like to address the manner in which I was treated by the staff and the manager during my recent used car purchase. While I understand that a used car sale is typically conducted on an "as is" basis, my concern is centered around the treatment I received as a flamboyant male. I was treated unfairly and made to feel like a nobody in their place of business. I was lured into purchasing a car for $600 down, which diverted my attention from the car I was originally interested in. During the test drive, I did not check the radio as I was primarily focused on the engine due to a previous negative experience with a lemon car purchase. I expressed this to the salesperson, who was very rude and disrespectful towards me.Furthermore, I noticed that the contract already had my name printed in spaces where I did not know if I wanted to sign, and all the questions with N/A beside them were filled in without my input. I feel this is forgery, and I was pressured into signing the contract without having a choice like everyone else who goes in and selects the car they want. The salesperson prevented me from getting the vehicle I wanted because she offered a better deal, then got inside and changed the price. I did not have the opportunity to conduct research, and I believe this is not a good place for a first-time car buyer of my sexuality to go. The salesperson knew I was left out of town 35 minutes from home with no ride, and yet she still took advantage of me.As a person with a disability, I need a reliable vehicle to attend doctor's ************* but the salesperson was insensitive to my situation and did not take my income and expenses into consideration. She charged me over $19,000 for a car that is only worth $2,100 in the market, and the radio in the car is not safe as it randomly blasts out loud music while driving. I left the dealership feeling humiliated, and I believe that the business could be managed better.
