      Received several calls from this company in regards to being sued and i refused to verify my social because the guy on the phone read it out to me i neither confirmed or denied and i ask the name of the company and the guy refused told me to stop talking and listen if i knew what was in my best interest ,also proceeded to tell me you will loose everything and you will be sorry .I should not have to tolerate this and threaten me and say ill see you in court .

      This company has repeatedly called me and my spouse. I have told them the account they are calling about was bk'd 14 years ago. They are insisting it's an open account. They have continued to harass us multiple times a day. They have threatened me with civil action for the account I do not owe.

      I received a call from Vital Process (Number: ************), and my husband received a similar call about me from ************. When I called back, I was transferred to a man named ***** ****** at ************. ***** claimed that I had a delinquent credit card and needed to take action by 3 PM to avoid legal consequences.I informed him that my credit report showed no delinquencies, but he insisted that credit reports aren't always accurate. He then offered to settle the alleged debt of over $4,697.30 for $1,995.35, promising that ********** would consider it paid in full and close the case.This is clearly a scam designed to intimidate people into paying money. I urge authorities to take legal action against these scammers, as they have likely defrauded many innocent people.

      I was contacted by Vital Processing Services on 10/10/24 at 3pm. A woman named *** told me that I live in a garnishment state, and I was being sued by ********. I asked her what account I am being "sued" for and she could not tell me. She also indicated I have been in collection since 2017 but would not provide any details and hung up. This company is a scam, she did not advise that the call was an attempt to collect a debt, she stated she was giving me a courtesy call.

      Complaint Summary:Harassment and Threatening Behavior Over Alleged 11-Year-Old Debt Description of Complaint:I am writing to file a formal complaint against Vital Recovery Services for their unprofessional and harassing behavior during a phone call regarding an alleged debt. On 07/17/2024, I received a call from Vital Recovery Services claiming that I owed an 11-year-old debt. This debt is not mine, and I believe this is an instance of fraudulent activity.During the call, the representative was extremely rude and threatening, stating that they would involve attorneys if the debt was not paid. When I tried to explain that this was not my debt, the representative continued to be disrespectful and did not listen to my concerns. After I disconnected the call, they repeatedly called back, and I was eventually transferred to a supervisor.The supervisors behavior was even more unacceptable. She began yelling at me and calling me names, creating a very hostile and intimidating environment. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.I am extremely uncomfortable with Vital Recovery Services having my personal information, especially given their threatening and abusive behavior. I request that they cease all contact with me immediately and that this matter be thoroughly investigated to prevent further harassment.

      Receiving incessant correspondence from Vital Recovery Services regarding an invalid and what appears to be fraudulent charge stemming from an Infiniti/Nissan lease return.The dealership from which the vehicle was leased went belly up and has reported they no longer have my records. In fact, the other vehicle that was purchased was a complete lemon and I had to fight for replacement transmissions on three occasions. All of which the dealership/service department attempted to cover ** in terms of shady happenings. This is the first I am hearing from Vital Recovery in greater than 5 years since the vehicle was returned.

      Consumer has also expressed objections to the bill and has requested no further contact from **. Additionally, requested corrections to credit report.

      We would like to inform that we are a non credit reporting agency. Any credit related questions will need to be directed to the original creditor.

      Eight attempts were made to contact the debtor, but unfortunately, all these attempts resulted in either reaching an answering machine or receiving no answer. There was a third party call on July 21st where in the lady informed that she is debtors daughter and debtor is not in, asked call at better time.  

      Last attempt made to the consumer was on August 1st 2023, which resulted in No Answer.  

      We have ceased the account from our end and can assure that there will be no more collection activity on this account from us

      On 5/28/2022, I paid online ****** to Vital Recovery Services in response to a debt to VW Credit (Trans ID ********, Accnt ********). The amount of ****** was debited from my bank account on 6/1/2022. It was the final payment that prevented the release of the title from VW Credit. I followed up with VW Credit on 7/1/2022 as to why my title had not been released saying that they had not received my payment from Vital Recovery Services and suggested I follow up with them to follow up. Speaking with ********************* from Vital Recovery, they say they have no record of receiving my payment of ******. It has been one month since my payment and they have not remitted that balance to VW Credit and told me to escalate the case to Vital Solutions via an email address for further investigation. That was unacceptable to me and I don't understand why I was not transferred directly to a supervisor to investigate further. I have since dealt with VW Credit directly and remitted my balance to them and in the process of securing my title...all in the same day and within hours after speaking with ************** from Vital Recovery. Since, I have settled my balance with VW Credit directly, I am now demanding a refund of ****** since they held on to it for practically a month and not remitted that payment to VW Credit. I find it rather unacceptable that they held onto my money that long to settle my account.
