    I purchased from Lowes a Metabo HPT combo set for $250 on 2/28/2024. This combo kit was advertised with a limited tool warranty and a lifetime battery warranty. 1 of 2 batteries included in kit completely failed and won't even charge within 3 months of purchasing. I've tried numerous times to use warranty and have issue resolved but for over a month received nothing but horrible customer service. When I call I'll get transferred baround until someone hangs up on me or they act like they can't hear me and hang up. I've sent several emails to customer service and the tech support I was informed to contact the one time I spoke to anyone, and no response. Here are the email addresses I've reached out to: *************************, **************************, *********************************. At this point I'd rather have them let me refund the entire purchase and be done with their products because I won't purchase or recommend anyone else purchase their products. Please help in at least getting my warranty issue resolved. I have every receipt, picture and email that was sent to them if they say they don't have it.

    We looked into the incident.  The replacement battery had been shipped, but seems to have been lost in shipping.   Another replacement has been sent.
