12/06/2021 Paid $75. I did not realize that when this arrived in the mail with her High School Information on it stating she was selected for the National Honors that it was actually a scam and not having to do with her High School at all. I want my money back.

Good Afternoon,
****************** called ****** Services at NSHSS on December 7th requesting a refund, and indicated that her daughter, ****** accepted her invitation for membership without permission. After ****** Services shared with ****************** the benefits of the lifetime membership and that we are most certainly not a scam, she still requested a refund. ******** membership was cancelled on December 7th and the refund was issued on December 8th, as the attachment reflects. The credit should've settled with her financial institution by now. I also left ****************** a voicemail today, December 10th at 1:45pm EST.

They say they do all these things for kids for college and help kids for college when they don't it's all fake no college have heard of them they prey on kids make kids think they're get scholarships threw them and help them get into college and it's not trueBusiness response

Good Afternoon, I did call ****************** and she allowed me to share more information about the society and the lifetime benefits of membership, in an effort to clear up any misinformation or confusion. She has requested a refund, which has been processed and emailed to her. I've attached a copy to this complaint as well. My email to *************************** today (December 7) @ 2:49p EST:
Good Afternoon Hannah,
Thank you for allowing me to have a conversation with you today regarding your BBB Complaint #********. As requested, I have processed the refund for the one-time, lifetime membership fee of $75 including the NSHSS t-shirt. I have attached the refund transaction receipt for your records, but please allow up to 72hrs for that credit to settle with your financial institution.
I will also follow-up on the BBB complaint for closure. If you or ***** have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to call me directly.
