I have been a Cricket customer for 10 years and will soon be canceling my service because of this incident. I went in store to get help with my phone service, and was told an option would be to reset the **sim. The employee ************ told us that if the reset does not work, then we can get a refund for it. The reset did not solve the problem, we were able to later fix the issue ourselves. He gave us a receipt and told us to contact customer service to complete the refund. I then had the following calls with customer service- 27 minute phone call at ****** on July 11th, 2024 , on this call I was told that I would receive a refund as a courtesy. She said that it should have been done in store, but she was sorry for the inconvenience and she would process it for us. That refund never came. 51 minute phone call at 1:17pm on July 24th, 2024 to 611 , with ****** and ****- They said they would review the call recording and call me back. 6 minute phone call at 3:12pm on July 24th, 2024, with ****, they refused the 9.99 refund, she wouldn't answer my question about what the recording said and whether or not it was stated on the call that I would get a refund. As I continued asking her that question, she refused to answer the question, she just kept saying that the option of a refund was unavailable at this time. I asked for an employee ID to be able to contact corporate, and she refused to give me any information. She then hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. This is not the way your customer service should be operating, please review the phone calls and try to maintain a higher level of professionalism with your employees.Review from Ann B

Signed up for cricket in April, told the employees at the location that I will be going to ***** this summer and they said it should be a problem. Just before leaving I sign up for "international talk and text". I arrive to ***** and NO SERVICE! Got on wifi and finally talked to cricket and they do not have service out of *************, they refused to unlock my phone so I can use my phone with a travel sim card, and only refunded me half of what I spent on the international talk and text... Ooo $7 back, wth!Review from laura m

Haven't received my refund!! I purchased a phone online, returned it within the 7 day return policy timeframe, and haven't received my refund! Called customer care and the warranty **** and no one will give me a straight answer and I've even been hung up on several times! This has been ongoing since April. I've been a loyal customer for years,, but this will cause me to end my service with them. Note to anyone- don't buy a phone online, buy in store so you can actually get your money back!Review from Laketra L

I have not been using my ipone 8 because it has a carrier lock on it and i called cricket customer service to ask for a code unlock for my phone and so they ask me for the ein number and my old phone number but i told them I havent had service with them in 2+ years and i found a cheaper plan so they said hold old so they can unlock my phone and i was waiting but then they said they couldnt unlock it and told me to call apple support but i knew they were supposed to fix the problem but they still refuse to unlock my phone i need help with this issue i will never use this service again. 6-8-2024Review from Marcus H

I want to warn anyone to not use bridge pay service with cricket website link the.. you will receive a error message telling you your credit card information is incorrect even if you use a different card this force you to call them to make a payment over the phone and they will charge you for itReview from Rodney R

I purchased an iPhone 12 from a friend who tried Cricket Wireless. She was not happy with the service or the iPhone. She went to another career. I purchased the phone from her which was paid in full, and she owned the phone outright, and I purchased it from her. When I contacted Cricket to have the phone unlocked from the carrier they refused. Because she did not have 6 months of continuous service with them. This renders the phone useless. I offered to pay to have them unlock the phone and they said no. That is criminal in my mind, especially when I offer to pay to have them unlock my phone.Review from Sharday P

I purchased a phone 5/17/24. Went back 5/20/24 due too the apps still downloading, incoming calls cannot be picked up, recent texts not coming through and disappearing, screen freezing, calls being dropped. I wanted a refund and was told we can give you a new phone, you dont need a refund. Here it is 5/21/24 with new phone and Im still having the same problems. I expressed to the store clerks, I have unhappy with cricket service. I am a new customer and they are bullying me into staying with them because they refuse to give me a refund. Poor customer service! Then to make matters worse the store clerk got upset and argued with me because I was frustrated. I work hard for my money, I explained I am a on call nurse, its important for my phone to work. I informed her its the company and not the phone. They gave me a new phone and its the same problem which proves my point. Also cricket thank you for ruining my birthday. I was unable to open the camera app or any other app in the matter. I have had a terrible experience with Cricket. They have made it impossible to transfer a phone number. I transferred my primary number with great difficulty, but the second number is still in limbo. I stood with n agent from my new carrier(spectrum) and could not get past the automated dialing agent. I went to the Cricket store and they refused to help and told me to call the automated line where I had no luck. After that, a week later, I got through to an agent, and he gave me the number for the transfer pin(which I should have been able to get from the store sales person), only to be told that now I had to pay a fee in order to activate my account to get my number. Once again, a few weeks later, I attempted to get my number and was put on hold and told the only way to get my number was to pay a fee. I finally got through to a supervisor who said that despite being cut off by the automated system numerous times, having spectrum personnel call, and going to a store in person, I still must pay a fee to get my number since it has been moved to a different category. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. You make it difficult to get through to an agent, have my new carrier personnel discouraged, and going to the store be of no use. I should not have to pay a fee after all of this effort. ThIs seems like some sort of punishment for leaving the service. Transferring a number should not take hours and there should never be a fee.Review from Luna K

The company is very poorly managed the district manager *********************** is mixing his personal and business life by telling about things that he has done with some of his Employees, family members in the past, and he also is dating his manager of the Shakers store Often when you call the district manager ****** phone, **** his employee will answer, but not during business hours and from the house recently two of my coworkers spotted them on a date downtown and The employees that were there before me has also mentioned something about them to dating
