      This company is trash I've been with them for ten years and only recently started having issues some how my payment went to a different account and I have to pay them in full on top of the payment I've already submitted and then another $20 in which they'll wave $5 to fix their s**** up... Wait why do I need to pay them for their s**** up to be fixed.

      better options! Cricket is terrible!do not buy phone from them! I had to stay 6 months to get phone unlocked! I have been a customer for years,I moved to new area,coverage is so bad I have to go outside to make a call ,I upped plan, paying double no internet using hotspot,I had to pay more for !test service before you buy! dont buy their phones! I am hoping they will unlock phone at the end of may !also customer service average wait is 1/2 hour.i have learned a very expensive *******

      Im very disappointed with my recent experience with Cricket Wireless.I purchased a $90 Cricket Wireless service payment card from a major retailer in March 2025. When I tried to use the card to refill my account, the system kept showing an error:"Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Please try again later."I reached out to Cricket customer service through both online chat and phone. I spoke with four different agents, and none were able to help. I was told that their system couldn't validate the card and that it shows no balance. Their only advice was to contact the place where I bought the card.I followed up with the retailer, who investigated and confirmed the card was activated and still has the full $90 balance. Since the retailer wont issue a refund due to their policy, Im stuckCricket says the card has no value, and the retailer says it does.Its incredibly frustrating to be caught in the middle while both sides point fingers. Cricket has provided no real solution, and I'm now out $90 for a product that doesn't work.I hope Cricket Wireless takes this issue seriously and improves their handling of payment card problems. Customers should not be left with useless cards and no support.

      I have not had internet service since Sunday afternoon (4/6) and today is 4/10. They said a tower was down but I searched the internet and no one was complaining. They told me on Sunday that it would be resolved Monday. I reached out three days in a row and they did not help me. I do not believe a tower was down and Ithink they are participating in a bullying campaign against me at the request of someone else. When I get a new phone I am looking for a new provider.

      I've been with Cricket since 2017, over the past few years customer service has been absolutely horrible. You used to be able to get hold of a representative in 5 minutes, now it takes like 45 minutes holding. They will SIM lock any phone you buy from them for 6 months, other carriers are 3 months. They need to change those two policies, because they are going downhill.

      Called Cricket from my cricket phone to ask if I can use an iPhone with E sim that's locked to tmobile network ( not unlocked ) on my cricket account.. the customer service representative asked for the phones imei number and after I gave him the imei number our phone call got disconnected. Once I glanced at the phone I had no service and my phone was disconnected from network... Called back and talked to another customer service representative and I told him what happened. I stayed on the phone with him for 2 hours trying to activate the iphone that's carrier locked to tmobile.. after 2 hours they tell me that I can't use the phone since it's not unlocked. Duhhhh i told them that right away they just didn't listen!!! I asked why couldn't they have just told me that right away instead of keeping me on the phone for 2 hours for no reason since I told them right away that the phone is not unlocked and it's a tmobile phone locked to tmobile network. To make things worse I asked him to reactivate my old phone that they disconnected when trying to activate my new phone and he tells me that they can't do it. They can not reactivate sim cards they already deactivated so he tells me that I'm gonna have to drive to a cricket store ( and they are closed Sundays ) the next day and pay $10 to get a new sim card and get it activated. I told them that's not fair since I didn't do nothing wrong and why should I have to pay $10 out of my pocket for their mistake. They wasn't willing to do nothing about it. Asked to talk to a supervisor and he tells me the most he can do is credit my account for $6 and I would still have to pay $10 for a new simcard for their mess up. Cricket customer service is non existent. Terrible customer service. I have 9 lines with ******************** but gonna take my business elsewhere because of their horrible customer service. I just can't understand how is it fair to chargebme money for their mess up? So not right!

      I have been a Cricket customer since 2019 and things were wonderful during the first 4 3/4 years. At year 5 is when they started to have the worst customer service possible. If you ever think that you are going to run into a patch of need dont pick Cricket as your wireless carrier. If you think you might have that not reading the ***************** is important think again. Their supervisor staff has them pulled up at their use any time you need Cricket to fix a problem they have created. They will cite their ****************** basically telling you that though they took your payment from the wrong card on file they are not going to fix the problem because of what is outlined in the ******************. Over the past 6 years the only times I have had to contact Cricket were from payment problems they created by taking payment from a card on file that isnt the card assigned for use. Their answer is they dont refund payments. Ive taken all payment forms off the account in the past but forgot to this year and it happened again. Dont let the same mistake happen to you. Either be certain only one payment form is on file or follow the ****************** as outlined to prevent any headaches for yourself.

      Got fraud. Somebody ordered eSIM on my credit card. I have all information (like phne number, order number etc. but it is impossible to get someone on the phone to stop this fraud.Using the fraudulent phone number requies a pin, which I don't ************************* facilitates crime / fraud by NOT allowing fraud to be reported. Even worse the stimulate it. The just don't care about fraud and identity debt!!

      Was in store for cricket in ******************* the chat told the employee once my account was active. They would change my due date and then they said everything was good and up-to-date two days later theyre saying theyre gonna shut my phone off after spending $124 and some change customer support they were on the phone with Employee of theirs and saying theres nothing they can do and if I dont pay $10.40 theyre gonna shut my phone off
