I just want potential renters to be aware. This complex will charge OUTRAGEOUS fees upon move out. They will go so far as to move furniture in so that they can charge a trash fee. Please take this as you will, but take lots of pictures during move in and move out so that this doesnt happen to you. I would also have to mention the ongoing drug abuse issues that are ongoing on this property that the management does nothing about.

We are sorry that you were unhappy with the move out fees that were charged upon your move out. We always provide residents with a Move Out Charges Sheet when residents turn in their Notice to Vacate in order to do our best, in avoiding unhappy customers. We do this in order to make them aware of what fees may be charged upon move out. As previously discussed, all the documentation and pictures that are related to the balance are correct on your account. Also, relating to the ongoing drug abuse issues you mentioned; when any concerns were brought to our attention - we addressed said issue(s) immediately. We had a good working relationship with you during your entire stay up until you needed to terminate your lease early and didn't agree with paying the termination fee and providing a 60-day Notice; that is outlined in all our leases. Thank you.

I am fully aware that people make mistakes, but there were not issues with this complex until false charges were made. There are pictures showing furniture that I did not, have never owned being left in the apartment. I am being charged $100 for removal of said furniture. This IS the issue. This company will not admit that something is wrong., that a mistake has been made. I was more than willing to pay the rent and cleaning fees ($10 for one slip of paper), etc. After speaking to many people, when I confronted them with the signature of the inspection person and asked if SHE took the pictures, she cut me off and wouldnt speak to me any more. If I had left the furniture, I would be more than willing to pay what I owe. As for the termination fee, it was agreed that I would pay the 2 months rent even though I wouldnt be living there. That was a non issue. As for the drug use, our apartment smelled like marjuana every day. It was our next door neighbor. They were seen on a daily basis smoking this drug in plain sight on their balding. The managers were called more than once and I was told that nothing could be done.

The Resident was charged at move-out based solely on the condition of his/her apartment. We have pictures and documentation to back up every charge that was put on the account. We vehemently deny moving furniture to her apartment and find it to be outrageous and untrue. We also have an addendum in our lease that requires 60-day notice, and we must uphold that. We have not received any complaints from anyone else regarding drug use and said resident(s) has provided no proof or police reports to reflect this allegation. We encourage residents to contact the local police department if they have concerns, as we are not able to investigate criminal accusations. This is our last and final response to this issue.

We made several calls to the on duty safety officer, who was a local police officer. We did what we were told to do. No police report was ever offered. As for those residents, they also had a car catch on fire and told the police that they thought it was arson due to a friend. This friend would also block the stairs with her car and cause dangerous conditions. NOTHING was done about this either. As for the notice, We gave 60 days notice AND agreed to pay the 2 months rent. As earlier stated, all that I asked was for proof that the couch was in that apartment and all that was provided was a generic picture that could have been taken in any apartment. The is NO proof that the couch was ours. I have more than 4 people that will state under oath that the apartment was empty when we turned the keys in. All that is want is for this matter to be looked at seriously and not as a scam. I dont want to believe that it was done maliciously, but refusal to even acknowledge that a mistake could have been made is my biggest issue. No one CAN provide legitimate proof that the pictures are really from my apartment. I know that to some people $100 isnt a lot, but this isnt something that I will accept.
