    My car was taken to this shop on Friday March 29,2024. ******* told me the car could get repaired Monday 4/1/24. The shop fixed the vehicle coil, spark plugs, and wires and my husband drive the vehicle back to **** that night. 1.5 hr into the drive the vehicle began to run rough again. Once back to **** we had a ********* dealership look at the car. They said that the wires placed on the truck were not placed correctly. 2 were fried and none of the 8 wires had heat shields placed. I called ******* at the tire shop and he said to send pictures and he wanted to do right. Emailed pictures. Called ******* back 4/5/24 and he offered $200 back. After so just spent another $493 to fix the repair that was done wrong. I asked for half of my money back to be at least fair $435.23. ******* refused. I would like a full return of my money for the inconvenience and risk of damaging my car further.
