  We had an emergency situation the week before Christmas AND 24 hours before guest were to arrive for a holiday gathering. The folks at West Georgia Plumbing and Septic did, as another review states, tell us that the service would begin at $275 but possibly approach $550. After opening the tank, they told me it would be $2700. Double a $550 estimate would be hard to swallow but this one is 5 times the high-end estimate. My story is like some other reviews you read here. West Georgia Plumbing cited the amount of liquids pumped out can/will fill up our truck. We cannot control how people use their septic system or what they put down the drain (grease, baby wipes, feminine products, etc.) Ive since called other vendors, explained in detail what happened, and they say $750 - $900 would get the job done. Shame on me for trusting West Georgia Plumbing and giving them the green light to move forward. I should have shut the water off and waited for the next morning. Classic ************* and/or price *****. Customers in a bind, we gotem over a barrel. Take the money and run. The toilets flush without backing up in the basement but, the front yard is marred with tire tracks, the driveway concrete is crushed under the weight of the tires, and Im certain we wont do business again.

  I wouldnt even give them one star. They are horrible, the owner is rude and lacks business ethics. Everything is his way or no way and the customer is always wrong. They quoted me 375 to pump my septic, then when they arrived the price shot up to 500. Then they left, said they were done and not even an hour after that the bath tub was backing up. It took them two days to come back over after we called the very next morning. The owner cussed my husband out because he got angry when they would only come back out if they charged me another 500 dollars. I dont know what work place gets paid double when a job isnt done the first time. The worse part is, the owner sat there and lied in court about what really happened right there to the judge. I notice several web sites with similiar issues to mine, so I know who really is full of it and who isnt. I am making sure the word gets spread around the web about this. Oh, and everyone there is related or family members. The female in the office will share your personal information on ******** and other social media outlets. He gets away with it because he uses the excuse that hes a local business and has been in the community for a few years blah blah. But it doesnt make a hill of beans if you are helping 2 people out of 100, and the other 98 you are s*******
