    Used this company to do some repair to water damaged , they came and did one small part of the job and decided to quit the rest of the job , the owner ****** never came to inspect rest of the job which it was poorly done by he collected my money. Without inspection and without doing the job to standard.Save time and money DO NOT use them! He came recommended but later found out that one of his friends gave his name to the person that I was talking to unfortunately I thought they have you used his services !Lots the ****** reviews are from his family so dont let that fool you !!!

    Please allow me to address the recent comments regarding the insurance restoration project that we had initially undertaken for the Osorios. After careful consideration and reflection on our interactions and the project's progress, I feel it is necessary to explain our decision to withdraw from the project. From the outset, we approached this project with a commitment to transparency, clear communication, and a mutual understanding of the project's scope and procedures. However, throughout the course of our engagement, certain factors came to our attention that raised concerns and made it increasingly challenging to proceed. Specifically, there were issues related to deceivability, indecisiveness, and the order of steps that we had originally discussed. Additionally, we encountered a series of conversations that hinted towards activities that raised questions of ethics, including possible indications of insurance fraud. This was deeply troubling for us, as we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards in all our business endeavors. These conversations left us feeling uncomfortable and conflicted about continuing our working relationship. Once ************ decision, we acted on the termination clause outlined in our terms and conditions (which ***************** signed on 2/1/23) then the following email was sent to *****************:On 2/13/23 the following email was sent to *****************: Dear *****************, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that after much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to withdraw from your job. This was not an easy decision, but due to some site differences of opinions on the order of repairs and how to make repairs, as well as misunderstandings during communication over the past week, we believe it is in the best interest of both parties for us to step back. Please be assured that we will refund any money owed to you with the exception of the work we have completed thus far. Please see the attached breakdown of the money that will be deducted from your deposit. We understand that this *** be disappointing, but we hope that you will understand our position. If you have any questions or concerns about the refund, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist in any way we can. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you, and we wish you all the best.Attached was a detailed excel sheet of the items that we completed and the money that was owed as a refund. A refund check was written on 2/16/23 which was received and deposited by *****************. We had invested significant time and effort in making sure your project received our utmost attention and dedication. Countless trips were made to your residence for the purpose of delivering sample flooring and discussing design selections, in addition to me dropping off materials when the job started. Furthermore, we provided a comprehensive explanation of our restoration process prior to the commencement of work, aiming to ****** clarity and confidence in the undertaking. However, it became apparent that there was a persistent skepticism towards our approach and methods, with frequent questioning of the process we had outlined. This made it increasingly challenging to maintain the mutual trust necessary for a successful collaboration. I must also address the issue of repairs. Throughout the project, we maintained an open line of communication and encouraged you to reach out if you identified any concerns or issues. We were fully prepared to rectify any problems or address any shortcomings you observed. Unfortunately, no such communication was initiated, and we were surprised to discover several months later those concerns had been voiced online even after you sent me a text message on 2/3/23 stating The guys are doing a great job btw. There was once instance where we found some siding damage that we knew would be an issue going forward and could potentially cause damage in the future and brought it to your attention. We gave you an estimate and you decided that you did not want to address that repair which would have been an out-of-pocket expense. We firmly believe that open dialogue is the key to resolving any concerns that *** arise during a project. We are disappointed that the opportunity to communicate directly and address any perceived issues was not pursued, despite our willingness to assist. Ultimately, the combination of these factors has led us to the difficult decision to withdraw from the insurance restoration project. We believe that it was in the best interest of both parties to part ways at that time.Also, it's true that as a contractor, we do have the privilege of working for friends and family. In fact, this is often how many businesses start and grow. The relationships built on trust and familiarity are instrumental in establishing a solid foundation for any enterprise. If any family members have faced home-related issues such as storm damage or water loss, or fire damage and I've been able to assist them in restoring their properties, it's only natural that we would ask for their feedback. However, I would like to emphasize that the reviews left by any family members are genuine reflections of their experiences. These reviews are based on the quality of the work we provide and the level of professionalism we uphold. I'm proud to say that these reviews are a testament to the effort we put into ensuring customer satisfaction, regardless of the relationship we have with our clients. I understand that you might have concerns about the impartiality of these reviews, given the family connection. I'd like to reassure you that, just as we appreciate positive feedback, we also value constructive criticism. Our commitment to improvement and growth means that we take all feedback seriously, regardless of its origin.Regarding our previous business interaction, I understand that you might still have lingering feelings about the way we concluded our partnership. It's unfortunate that we were not able to find a harmonious working relationship. While I acknowledge that we were not the right fit for each other, I believe in approaching every situation with respect and understanding. I kindly request that we move forward positively, recognizing that differing opinions are a part of business dynamics. Constructive feedback can be beneficial for both sides, and I assure you that I am continuously dedicated to enhancing our services. Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts.
