      Very unsatisfied with the quality of the chair. The back of the chair does not stay in place. I have to flip the chair over every time I want to use it and tighten 2 wing nuts. Sometimes it stays in place for the evening, sometimes it only stays for 15 to 20 minutes. The brand is not what it used to be! 100% regret my purchase!

      Please advise as to product information, or purchase order information, so we may provide warranty options in your case. All parts are warrantied for the life of the item and may need to be replaced, if worn or defective, in order for them to function properly. Thank You.

      ******** products. I would have loved to give 0. I paid $5000 for sofa and love seat, the back panel on the sofa is defective. The fabric which was add on is bad, they call that as performance fabric, I have case with their customer service sitting with no actions from 3 months. The product is 4 months old. The **************** team is so rude and do not care about the customer. The tech who came to my house for inspection told, I have taken care of all that to maintain it and has seen few taking care of the prod so well. Unfortunately, i am lost a lot of money for piece of c*** with rude response both from Service team and at the store when go there to talk about my problem. I wish i could give "0"

      Order *******DPXZ was delivered to the residence 1/5/24. The order consists of 1 sofa, and 1 loveseat. ******** services department received information regarding the sofa back panel having the support upholstery board become unattached, and an appointment was scheduled with a technician on 1/21/25. The technician verified the support panel to be loose, and service to resolve is pending with a part order placed through the manufacturing plant.The customer was advised that the fabric concern being reported, is an occurrence known as "pilling" and is not considered to be a defect. Pilling is an occurrence expected on a wide variety of fabrics and is not specific to any one manufacturer of furniture products. Considering pilling is expected, it would not qualify for the products to be (a) reupholstered (b) returned (c) refunded. The customer was advised the proper solution to the occurrence is utilizing a fabric ****** to remove the excess fibers that have bonded together.The customer will receive notification when the back panel part/s arrive, in order for our technician services department to rectify that particular concern. Thank You.

      We purchased two power recliners for $1800 EACH! We hate the chairs. Not enough padding. **** is hard. The neck/head adjustment option is terrible. One chair has a twisted back. The store we purchased them from tried to help but they are still not good. We are stuck with 2 expensive chairs we hate. Lazy Boy is NOT high quality.

      Never again . Bought their product for 20 years . Bought a very expensive loveseat . Delivered damaged (forklift? ). Leather colour wearing after a month . After spending thousands over the years they wont get another ***** from me as their quality stinks .

      I love my Rocker recliner chair for comfort. BUT repair and customer service is what rates the poor rating. I bought the chair in February 2023 and within a month it wouldn't recline. It was 6 weeks before I was mailed a repair part and another 3 weeks for a repair technician to be available. In Dec 2024 the chair foot rest stopped working. Again I am waiting for the part, which I am told should be received in 4-5 weeks, after which I can contact the facility to schedule a technician to install the part. So a chair, that is less than two years old, has now been unusable for 4-5 months of its 23 months of life. This has been frustrating and unacceptable customer service for a company that used to have such a great reputation. Never again will I purchase and I will sing to the heavens about the poor service!

      Wouldn't buy again! We've been a Lazy Boy customer for over 30 years and have become disappointed with the existing living room set. Spent over $1100.00 with less than 3 years old.

      I bought a 14 thousand dollar dinning room set from lazy boy when the furniture arrived after 2 months it's was dented so bad that you could see the natural wood color so we declined the delivery . When we ask for our money back the store owner gave me a few options 1 he would take 3 thousand dollars off of the furniture 2 he could have his guys try to fix it in the warehouse or option3 I could return the set but it would be a ************************************************ pick something out for the remaining 7000 that I had left but it would not be a good set it probably would be a real cheap set. Plez do not ever buy anything from lazy boy it's a scam.

      after the great, personable sale the chair stopped working and the service is horrible. Are you kidding me a virtual repair appointment?? What could they possibly see? Tipped the chair on the side for him to see. Well everything looks connected, Ill have a technician come and look at. That appointment was scheduled almost a month and half later. So in the meantime I have a fully reclined chair in my living room. At least the technician got it in an upright position but still had to order parts. Hum, you mean the virtual guy didnt see the problem. ***. frustrating. Horrible service.

      A $3K furniture that is the Worst Recliner you can buy. The leather is cheap and didnt last 2 years, pealing in the stitching and not covered by their lifetime warranty. I do not recommend this brand.
