    They will not stand behind their product after sell. See my ****** review of them. This site doesn't show enough characters to fully describe the horrible customer service on equipment malfunctions and poor workmanship after the sale. Left me holding over$1700 on a repair that the manufacturer would have covered had this company been an authorized installer of the product. We are currently seeking litigation.

    I completely disagree with all items that ************ has indicated on this. The system was put in 2.5 years ago and there has been no problems since then until there was a leak in his heater which happened to be after the major winter storm we had here in Georgia. . When ************ called the office about the leak on his heater we were there with in 30 minutes to analyze. He was given guidance as to how to handle the situation. If, as the repair company says, it is not under warranty then we should have been notified so that we could have worked with the manufacturer of which the warranty is with to resolve. I have sent him a private message to work on getting his $1700 back and am awaiting his response. We did a lot of extra work and always worked with him to resolve any issue up to this point. There was no poor workmanship indicated for the 2.5 years that he used the pool.

    Agreed. You were out in 30 minutes. The ***** of the company came out. Told me it was under warranty as well as the grout failures. Then I had to text/call 3 times over several days without getting a response at all. The heater withstanding, did you send someone to repair the grout? No you didn't, Nor did you offer. The heater was never even opened up to see where it was failing and why. As far as freezing, the unit failure was a full 3 months from the last freeze and worked fine until then. So your diagnosis wasn't even close. I have no need to respond to the email. You had an opportunity to do the right thing before this review. I only wanted you to do what you said you would do. Didn't mind paying and you know that. You knew I had this service concern from previous reviews of the makers of the pool. My purpose now is to save others from the headache of dealing with you guys after the sale should they have an issue. When you finally did respond to the issue, You did it through email and pushed me off to the manufacturer. I immediately responded to the email. You ignored that email without a response at all up until today. Why not respond to my email and try to work things out? You thought we were too nice to take this further. You thought that just because we had the house under contract you could ignore it and not have to be financially responsible or try to help a customer in need. Just push them off and they will go away. The financial part of this will be handled in other ways. But the potential future pool buyers should know how things operate with you guys. The owners are sweet and friendly. But their communication and follow through lack much to be desired. And their efforts in following up with the customer who has issues is not good at all. It seems to be an issue across most Desjoyaux installers. And the last name is ****
