1 starI used them for a large ****************************** project ($30K+). Most everything they planted died. The gate to the fencing they installed wouldn't close so they fixed it by beating on it, knocking off paint and bending it up. After numerous ****************** they came out to inspect and agreed to replace the gate but never showed up. When I finally got a text response (no one returned my calls) they blamed it on other trades doing work at my house. The damaged gate is on far side of my house and has been used twice-both times by me. I spoke with 3 different people there, left numerous voicemails (10+) and texts without any returned correspondence. I finally paid another company to replace all of the dead plants-and they are all thriving! I also had additional items (Lighting, more planting) I wanted them to do-which they were aware of but they never responded to my quote requests. I used another company who were fantastic to work with. STAY AWAY!!! THEY ABSOLUTELY **** and it seems like everyone I bring it up to has had a bad experience as well!Review fromAndre S

1 starI cancelled this lawn care long before now and you all never came to do my treatment and pre emergent on my lawn, they also didn't do my whole yard for the areation on my lawn. We watch the black guy walk around our house barely do his job and I had to call back for him to come back. There was a fire nextdoor and our grass caught on fire and we been canceled this , my wife will report this to the BBB Bureau for your poor service, I advise others to not use you all for workers poor work..Review fromBrett B

Unlimited Lawn Care provided lawn treatment service for us. After we moved to a new house and discontinued service, Unlimited Lawn Care still auto-renewed the service and billed us, even though we no longer lived at that address. They turned over the account to a debt collector and then refused to discuss the issue with me. Based on other reviews, it seems like common practice for Unlimited Lawn Care to improperly bill clients and then turn over the bill to collections.

Avoid Unlimited Lawn Care (formerly Unlimited Landscaping)I had a terrible experience with this company. We signed up for an aeration service in 2022, which automatically renewed in 2023 without clear notice. In 2023, we never received the service, yet they claimed it was completed and billed us. Despite paying and requesting cancellation via email, they never *************, in 2024, I received a debt collection notice for a service we didnt authorize. They never notified us about any charges or billsjust sent it straight to collections.After researching, I discovered their previous name, Unlimited Landscaping, has a 1.3-star Yelp rating and countless complaints about similar unethical practices. 1 starI paid for the bushes and shrub service when three of my bushes were almost dead I sent pictures and asked for assistance. None was given. My bushes died and they kept charging me for services and kept coming to fertilize dead bushes even after I asked them to stop and replace the bushes. I called every week from Sept - Nov and no response until I closed the card on file they still say I owe $85 for them. Fertilizing dead bushes. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and still got no response terrible customer service. I was using the company for 3.5 years before this happened.Review fromAlvin F

My review concerns Unlimited Lawn Care. This is a shady company that should be avoided at all costs The weed applications were a total disaster. The other applications provided negligible or minimum results. It was a serious mistake on my part not to review the B.B.B. customer comments before selecting this company. If only I had known. The company has referred my account to a Debt Collector because I will not allow them to fleece or bamboozle me. Unlimited Lawn Care applied a liquid weed killer on my lawn multiple times during May 2024 at close intervals. As a result, my lawn was severely burned in all the places where the Unlimited Lawn Care Technician spot treated my lawn for weeds. Pictures of the burn spots were emailed to Unlimited Lawn Care ***************** No one from ********************** ever came to my home to address the situation. Instead, Unlimited Lawn care went into "defense mode" and began to deny any liability. Because of the damage to my lawn, I cancelled service with Unlimited Lawn Care in June 2024. After cancelling service, my balance was zero. All lawn applications I received from Unlimited Lawn Care were paid in full as of June 2024. Unexpectedly, Unlimited Lawn Care starts billing me again. I am puzzled because no new lawn service had been provided by Unlimited Lawn Care. The new charges are listed as "Installment Charges." The cancellation of my service in June ************************************************************************************************ products had been provided by Unlimited Lawn Care to my lawn. Is there a contract I signed that obligates me to pay installment charges? If so, I have asked Unlimited Lawn Care to provide me a copy, but they never have. Reputable companies are upfront with their customers. Trickery, deceit, and chicanery have no place in business. AWFUL!!! if you like weeds hire these guys they'll do a GREAT job! If I can see the weeds so can they but they weren't taken care of, after a no show to take care of the issue a technician did come out to apply weed killer however he sprayed the front yard and took off didn't knock on the door so I could unlock the gate to get to the back yard which is where the weeds are located, probably because my back yard hasn't been treated previously, adult weeds don't pop up over night. Called to cancel, then I noticed a payment was taken so called back and was informed that my account hadn't been cancelled. Had to pay extra money to cancel them completely because what you pay on the monthly plan apparently wasn't covering the applications that they do, a manager was supposed to call me twice.... crickets. Buyer beware do your research I wish I had!Unlimited Lawn Care

This company doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. They excel at billing customers without delivering services. I signed up in April 2024 for a bundle that included lawn care, mosquito treatment, and tick control. In the first two visits, I noticed the technician only briefly worked on part of my front lawn, which made me suspicious. Customer support didn't believe me and claimed the entire front and backyard could be serviced in 2-3 minutes. During the third visit, I captured video proof and spoke to the Area Manager, who said my lawn size was miscalculated and increased the price from $75 to $100. I reluctantly agreed.Despite this, the service continued to be poor. They invoiced me for services that were never performed and even charged me for work done at a neighbor's house. After several discussions, I asked to cancel the service. However, I was convinced to continue, only for the technician to do minimal work again while charging for both weed control and fertilizerwhen only weed control was done. The Area Manager first dismissed my complaint, then admitted they stopped applying fertilizer in early September but insisted I still pay the full price. I never received proper service and had to fertilize my lawn myself while paying them for nothing. This whole experience was ridiculous and I wish they can work in ensuring their technicians are properly trained to do the job.Unlimited Lawn Care

I have canceled lawn care service for over at ***** 5 months. I have stopped them in my front yard at least 4 times.then I get a bill for $279 .00 for service I didnt let them do. Cant get a manager on line or to call me for 5 months. They have taken advantage of me and refused to cancel my service when lawn looked worse than when they started. I need help straightening this out. I have never been treated like this beforeUnlimited Lawn Care

1 starThey automatically draft payments from account, do not provide the required service, lawn looks awful with weeds and patched. The technicians put up signs and do not treat the lawn. I called to report the technicians several times about the technicians not treating but leaving a sign in the yard indicating service was complete but no response from management.
