Order placed 3-25-25 Order number ******* Husky Floor Liners This is the second time this has happened with this company. Both incidents are the same.I placed an order for floor liners for a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. The website page indicated they were in stock both front and back. The site indicated same day shipping if ordered before deadline which I did. Order never shipped and when I checked it indicated shipping April 5th. I checked again and it said April 24th. It from in stock to multiple delays. On May 27 I chatted with **************** and was told that the order had partially shipped and the rear liners were on the way. I asked for a confirmation number and was told it was not available. Concerned I called the next day to confirm and was told it hadn't shipped. The website is grossly misleading about in stock items and immediately shipping.**************** was intentionally misleading about order status.Again this the second time this has happened the first was Huskys Amazon page. I ordered husky liners for a recently purchased vehicle March 6, 2024 HKY953052. Was informed of a turn around of 4-6 weeks! Received the rear portion of the mats, which were incorrect! I was just about to contact the company when I received an email of updated shipping status on April 25, 2024. I decided to hold off contacting the company to wait for the front mats to see if those were correct! I again received another email the rest of the order was taking longer than expected to due to problems with their production process! I decided to cancel the order and request a refund and to make arrangements to send back the incorrect mat! I received a generic return email that they were working on canceling my order for a refund! May 9, 2024 received the same updated status of shipping??? Not sure what is going on with this company! I replied, stating I had cancelled the order and requested a refund several weeks early and yet have had a refund or contact from the company! I have given them 3-5business days to take care of the matter and after that I will be contacting my card services to report fraudulent charges for incorrect product and product never received!Business Response

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Husky Liners regarding the non-delivery of bed liners that I purchased from their company on December 7, 2023. Despite making the payment in full, I have not received the ordered bed liners to date. Furthermore, Husky Liners has been unresponsive to my emails, leaving me without any information regarding the delay or the status of my order.The details of my order are as follows:Order Date: December 7, 2023 Product: Back seat Bed Liners **** f-150. I have made multiple attempts to contact Husky Liners via email, requesting an update on the delivery status and seeking an explanation for the significant delay. However, I have not received any response from the company. I have the same issue which stems from poor business practices. 11-25-23 I Ordered from Huskys web page the **Act Contour series floor liners which included a promotional offer of a free cargo area liner. Order HKY915766 included front two liners ********************* the second row one piece liner, the third row one piece liner and the promo cargo liner. After nearly a month I got an Updated Estimated Ship Date email saying the first liners were now due 02-09-24. The same day (12-19-23) another email said the other two parts would be coming 01-19-24 and 01-26-24. No mention of the free cargo mat. Then on 01-18-24 I got another update saying 02-09-24, 02-16-24 and 03-22-24 for each of the three liners but again, no mention of the free cargo liner.I finally got the front seat 2 liners and second row liner but then received yet another update on 02-20-24 saying the third row liner was due 03-29-24. On 03-05-24 and again on 03-18-24 I got the same updates with same date.So 03-29-24 came and went - no liners and no updates. During this entire time I had sent no less than 5 emails to customer support, 2 of which generated a Support Request had been created asking for 1-2 days for an agent to respond. No agent ever responded. So having waited ******************************************************************************************************* which I was told if I didnt want to wait I could just cancel the remainder of the order, that I just wanted to argue and I was not an active listener! I was also informed that my customer file shows no emails from me. Interstate because 2 of my emails actually resulted in receiving two Support Requests. They seem to delete incoming emails that are not flattering to Husky. As a result of that conversation I got another update saying the item as now scheduled for 04-30-24 production, brief quality inspection and 5-10 days for shipping. I Purchased a set of Husky Liner X-act Contour floor mats for my 2018 ****** Tacoma on June 7th 2018. The floor mats have a lifetime warranty. The drivers sidefloor mat has a hole worn throught the floor mat where my right heel rests during driving. I filed a warratnty claim on October 10th 2023. I followed up on October 23rd 2023 and again on Noverber 14th of 2023. I provided all of the information required for the warratny including confirming original owner, in original vehicle, pictures, original reciept, etc. To date I have not recieved an correspondence back. I ordered floor mats for my 2024 jeep grand Cherokee. Was told 2-6 weeks. The order was placed on November 23 2023. . It is now March 5th 2024 well outside the timeline. . First, we want to offer our most sincere apologies for the continued delays in your order being sent out. You've certainly been patient with us, as several of our SKUs have experienced significant delays when our manufacturing operation moved from ****** to Georgia.
In no way is this an excuse to our dedicated customers who have been waiting for a high quality product. Unfortunately, your parts are some of the several SKU numbers we have not been able to fill in a timely manner. Our last update has come and gone, and we were not able to make due on the expectations set for ourselves, as well as to you our customer. This is a major disappointment to us, as well as we can imagine for you.
Upon going through the manufacturing schedule with production management to track the status of your product, we were provided with the following results. The product ETA for part # ***** to complete in production has been pushed back as far as 3/29 and part #***** has been pushed back to 4/19. I ordered my liner back on December 2023. The website said it could take 2-4 weeks to ship. Three weeks after I ordered (Jan ****), I received an email that said it it wont ship until March ****.Thats over three months. So I requested a cancellation. Husky Liners not responding to cases and emails apart from (automation emails) on a warranted product.In June 0f 2022, I sent along images and videos of the liners I purchased via their online form ******************************************************************************************** as well as to the customer service email on 3 occasions, not counting another one done today.I received automated responses, "Thank You Your submission has been sent. Please look for a confirmation email sent to the email provided." received those email confirmations and issued even request reference # ******* with no follow up. I did this again on October 19 and November 7 and just did once more today. I also added a local distributor email and reached out via social media a few times with no replies other than automated responses.They are not honoring the warranty and the reason most people buy these. Very frustrated as I have not had to use the warranty on the other pairs I bought. This was a deciding factor on my purchase.PDF email trails, confirmations, and photos sent are attached. Video sent would not load here. Please note the online form does have automated reply-added to this dialog, but it is inconsistent.
