    I bought a street glide from Fraziers back in February. I took the bike to have an update on the system back in April. I had told them about a squeak that was happening which sounding like its from the forks. They said they couldnt find anything wrong and maybe it would go away. I took the bike and called back and told them they need to check it out again. I took it back and it stayed for 5-6 days and they told me from factory the fork were not aligned properly and they realigned them and it was fixed. I picked up the bike and took it home and the next day I sat on the bike and it squeaked yet again. I called back and one of the service advisor told me to bring it back. He text me and said they were going to put on new forks since the bike was bought brands new and has a 2 year warranty on the bike. They told me the bike would need to stay two weeks. So they called on Saturday the 25th of may and said it was ready for pickup but they didnt replace the forks. They said they contacted Harley and they told Fraziers to do a wheel strike? I picked it up and it didnt squeak but after one ride that evening it started squeaking again. The thing is they didnt call anything within those two weeks to tell me they were not replacing the forks. I got a receipt and it said 130 dollars which I know they charge 130 an hour. So in two weeks they only worked on my bike for one hour and the bike is still not fixed!? At this point I am furious. I dont have time to keep running my motorcycle down to Harley just for them not to do anything about it! I just want a fix for this bike. I would like something done about this issue.

    I purchased a bike at this place and I bought a part for it that does not work. The parts manager ***** said he cant return it because it had been installed. The part does not work and he was extremely rude about it!

    This was my previous response on ****** to ********************: ( ********************, First let me apologize for your experience here with parts. Kaleb said he could not return them because they were scratched up. I have told him that he should have asked a technician to attempt to install them and we could go from there about what to do. Secondly, We have had issues with the phone mounts when they are installed on a non-smooth surface. We try and tell everyone and it does say in the instructions that the "Adhesive will not adhere to rough, uneven surfaces" I don't know if that applies in this case but I do see that we gave your money back on the Phone Case. I do not want to lose your business over a set of foot-pegs so if you are willing to let my tech attempt to install them and they are defective I will refund your money. Thank You, *********************** )The parts manager did not return the pegs because they were scratched by the customer and unsellable in "new" condition. Had they not been scratched a return would be no problem. There is still a chance they can be returned if the customer is willing to allow my technician to install them and they are deemed to be manufactured incorrectly.

    I am rejecting this response because: this part will not work. The inside was scratched because of the installation. Furthermore for them telling me they cant return it because it had been installed is nonsense. If they couldnt return them because of that then how did they return my phone mount that had been used and installed. I did have a smooth surface on my case so that was not the problem. I want a refund on this item. They will lose my business if this isnt resolved.
