      On March 23th of this year 2023, I made a deposit of $1950.00 ( One thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars) to ****** Moving **** who's business name is Precise Moving and Storage with address in ******************************************************************************. For the services of Moving and store my belongings. The service was to be done on May 30th, however my family circumstances changed and I no longer needed their services. On April 24th I canceled the services via phone call and via email, when I did not get a response, I sent a second email on April 25th. Then I got a this respond, saying: "we no longer have the merchant account we were using at time of your booking, it will take at least 2 weeks for the refund. Sorry for any inconvenience"I would like to point out that I complied with all the requirements that they mentioned in their estimate services to be able to get a refund and I haven't received yet. I've called several times and every answer is unclear as to why I haven't received my money back and, ********************* ends telling me it will take two weeks, five days, one more week, the accounting team is taking care, just plane excuses. ** seems like she is the only person running the whole thing because there is no customer service other than her. After this experience, this company feels like a scam. The number of my Moving estimate is R6224376. Which if you try to access online is not available anymore.

      We apologize for the oversight with your refund. Today you were sent a refund to your PayPal account for $1850.00. I will attach a screenshot of the transaction. As ***** explained to you today on the phone. The $100 difference is for the credit card processing fees that is non-refundable.

      We put a deposit on this moving company and now they wont return my calls

      Hello BBB, This customer booked with us for a pick up that is to take place on April 21, 2023. They put down a $100 deposit of their total deposit of $582.50. Are Sales Manager ***** tried calling Ms. ****** today and left her a voice mail for her to call him.

      I have attached a screen shot, that you will see how many times we have tried to reach out to this cusomer by email and phone with no response. Our office number is ************ if Ms. ****** can call in to speak with the Sales Manager, *****, he will definelly resolve her issue.

      Refund of deposit based on change in the moo. There was no way I could exercise the five day cancellation policy as the move was scheduled too soon. I am trying to change the dates as my daughter is no longer going to move until March 25. the woman ****** has been calling and screaming at me all morning. This is beyond unprofessional they need to be disciplined. I want a refund I put down $619. Yesterday February 19, 2023

I personally spoke with her on behalf of Precise Moving and apologized for the lapse of judgement demonstrated by the Sales Representative in question. We at Precise Moving aim to provide excellent service to our customers at all times, and we sadly fell short at this incident. We have refunded the consumer $619.00 and offered her a 10% discount on her next move if she chooses to give us a 2nd chance.

      I made a moving reservation with precise moving and storage on 06/24/2022, and had to cancel the move on 06/27/2022. I sent the cancellation notice on 06/27/2022 via email also I reached out by call and updated.I was supposed to recieve my refund of 1100$ in 30 days it's been close to 60 days still I haven't recieved my money.My emails and phone calls are not being answered and no proper response.

      This customer was not charged by ********************************************* & ******************** llc, We simply provided this customer with an estimate for their relocation needs but there was no charge on their account from our company. We ask for proof that this customer did in fact pay ********************************************* & Storage llc and if they cannot provide this proof,  We request that this complaint be closed out in our favor.

      We hired Precise Moving for our move from **********, ** to ******, **. The movers picked our stuff up at our apt on 5/29/22 and charged us $7015.01 (well more than the estimated quote which is ok). When I was on the call setting up the move, I was told they could get our stuff to us in a week but by law they have 21 days. We received our stuff June 12 (a week longer than originally promised but under the 21 days so again fine). When our stuff was delivered we were missing our mattress and a handcrafted headboard. We were told that it was left in a warehouse in ********** and it would get to us two days from now. Over the next month we were told that they would deliver it to us every week. The company did not answer the phone half the time we called, when we did get into contact with someone they could not answer any questions, told us they would call us back and I have not one time received a phone call from this company. When I signed the contract and put a deposit down, I was told by ******* that they have their own team and do not use subcontractors however we have had to deal with three different companies in this process. When we call the number provided to us it is a company called ************ however our contract was with Precise. The company who delivered our stuff to ****** was called Seamless movers. No one at the company can provide us with any answers and refuse to give us the number of the owner. We have spent countless hours trying to locate and get this mattress delivered including cancelling flights and staying up past midnight waiting for phone calls and deliveries. We have slept on an air mattress for a month and a half. The order number for this move is P7376927.

In the event that there is ever a loss or damaged item we have a claims department to handle any and all claims, We always try our best to locate any items that *** have been misplaced or lost during transit as this is not a common issue we have here at our company. We will always provide the customer with the instructions to start the claims process and if the customer does in fact have a valid claim they will get reimbursement under our limited liability coverage which is $0.60 per lbs per article once their claim is processed through our claims department.

      We obtained a written estimate for $6326.3 for a two-day move from Precise Moving & Storage LLC, of ******************************* (** DOT 2439030 MC: MC-841285). The Precise Moving truck arrived at approximately noon on 26 June. The crew immediately began loading the truck. The ******* identified himself as "****" from Precise Moving. We noted "***************************" was the name on caller ID when he called prior to arriving. "****" said that he needed to conduct inventory and adjust the price. Well into the truck loading, he came back and told us that the cost would be 2 to 3 times time more than original estimate. He asserted that Precise Moving estimates were often off by a factor of 2 to 3. We became very alarmed over his attitude and started going thru the moving terms and conditions with him. He said that our belongings would not arrive at our new residence for 2 to 3 weeks. We objected to this change in our agreement and he responded that conveying our belongings directly to our new residence would cost an additional $2500 for "straight delivery." The Precise Moving truck was too small to accommodate a 4 bedroom house and **** said that a second truck would increase cost. His final cost came to $17,650 for moving the contents of a 4-bedroom house 200 miles. This was almost 3 times the estimate. **** asserted that we had much more to move than indicated on the estimate. However, the total item count exceeded that of the estimate by only 12% and the furniture count was exact. Precise has not provided us an official **** of lading. **** insisted that payment be rendered in full at pickup even though our estimate stated that it was half-on-pickup/half-on delivery. Precise Moving was initially nonresponsive to e-mail and telephone calls but we reached a management representative who stated on 12 July that she was reviewing the charges. She instructed us to file with CSI, their insurer, but CSI told us that they only handle loss or damage claims.

       This customer was given an estimate based on a list of items they provided our company and it was explained to this customer that this is just an estimate and that if there are any changes on their inventory list on move day that the price would be adjusted up or down based on the actual size of the load. The customer ended up having two times the amount of items they originally provided us to move when getting their original estimate from our company. 

       

       In addition: The customer requested a direct delivery service at the time of pickup which we was not mentioned at the time of booking their order with our company. We had to make arrangements on our schedule and agreed to do a direct delivery for their load but that there would of course be a charge for this direct delivery service to be done for them which is why the customer was charged for this service. 

       

       If the customer has any damages they can file a claim with claims department, We have already provided them with the instructions on how to file a claim.
