******************* Nightmare with ********************************************* ??It is with great reluctance that I share this deeply frustrating experience. Im sharing this to raise awareness so that no one else has to endure the mistreatment and gaslighting Ive experienced. On July 30, 2022, I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson from ********************* Value Lot, but what should have been an exciting milestone has turned into an ongoing nightmare. Ive been without my car for nearly three months due to what I believe is gross negligence and mismanagement by the service department at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. On March 20, 2024, I brought my vehicle in for a serious issue with burning oil. After an inspection, I was advised to undergo a combustion engine cleaning, with the assurance that this would solve the problem. However, when I picked up my vehicle on March 26, 2024, I was unexpectedly charged $700, despite being told that the service would be free. Even more frustrating, the service didnt resolve the issue, and the oil continued to burn. After seeking advice from a professional mechanic, I learned that a combustion engine cleaning does not stop oil from burning, which makes AutoNation responsible for the subsequent failure of my engine and catalytic converter totaling $10,000 in repairs.Following the installation of the **** update Service Campaign 966 (recall) on March 11th, my vehicle began to experience even more issues, including jerking while driving. Despite notifying the Service Manager on May 15, 2024, my concerns were completely ignored. The situation has now escalated to the point where Im being pressured to pay $3,500 just for diagnostics, and theyre threatening to tow my car to a salvage yard if I dont pay immediately. To add insult to injury, both Hyundai's warranty and my third-party warranty provider, **************** are denying coverage. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had in my entire life, hands down. *******, our sales person, she was great. I bought a used vehicle, but I have been going back and forth with their service department for 2.5 weeks trying to get minor issues with my vehicle corrected, but all I get are excuses and they keep the vehicle another day. I will never purchase another vehicle from them, they don't stand behind what they sell. I'm done...

Brought a ******* from them that still shuts off randomly after I paid ******* to have repair by them. All the managers there are unprofessional and argumental and pretty much told me to kiss there A** No one never tried to look at it again just said not to ever come there again!!! The Service manager and the General Manager pretty much have the worst attitude and pretty much cursed me out...I would not reccomend this place at all. Hopefully Corporate will wake up and fix the promblems!!!

This dealership will make promises, in our case it was to fix a tire., to sell you a car that you can take home the same day. They then have you sign a sales agreement, get insurance on the vehicle, and take all your money. After the sale, they then inform you that you won't be able to drive the car off the lot because it'll take a week fix a tire. Really, are tires part of the supply chain shortage nowadays? So we are now having to wait a week to get our car, that we own, because this dealership went back on the agreement made to sell the car, stating they would have it done that day. After the sale, they told my husband that he could leave for a while and come back, because they had to do the tires and detail the vehicle, then it would be ready. After getting lunch and returning, he was told it'll be a week. Where is the customer service at this dealership? They said the car would be able to be taken home that day then did not find a solution to make it happen. They could have put on a tire since they are the ones who broke their promise. But this dealership is too cheap and will not do the thing they promise, nor find a solution that is reasonable. Beware of this dealership if they are promising to do something because they are not honest and do shady deals!!!!!!! Very unhappy with the lack of understanding and customer service. I would not recommend anyone to buy from here.

I purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia back in December of 2022. The vehicle supposedly passed the 50 point inspection test, had new tires added and more. Well, 1 month later, I had to take the vehicle in for an oil change. Come to find out, only 1 tire was new and the other 3 tires were at the bare minimum. I also found out the vehicle needed a new belt, near front brakes and rotors and was out of alignment tremendously. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from here, please check all the reviews first. This dealership has multiple 1 star ratings which is a sign. If you decide to purchase a used vehicle, take it to another qualified mechanic for review before signing on the dotted line. I do not recommend this dealership at all to anyone. The used car sales manager makes excuses and is only worried about reaching his final numbers. The car sales person should also be at fault and be trained to let the customer know about any possible faulty items prior to purchase. As mentioned in other reviews, this dealership tries to scam their way to a sale!Note: Make sure you have a full tank of gas before leaving the facility. Our sales person was going to let us leave with the fuel tank on empty if I was not pointed out.
