Dear *** or ******************* advertises that it is Better Business Bureau accredited company. Unfortunately, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the progress of the renovation project undertaken by ATL Painting, LLC and ***********************. Despite substantial payments made according to the agreed-upon schedule, the work remains incomplete. The project Started on May 8, 2024, and as of today the project is still incomplete. June 29th, at 12:29 pm, I attempted to contact you by phone. June 30th, 2025, at 5:27 pm. My son asked you about the completion timeline, but you merely raised one finger and drove away without providing any clarity. Since then, you have not returned my phone calls or responded to my texts. The following areas remain unfinished:Interior Painting: Incomplete, Guest Bath and Master Bathroom: Unfinished, Hallway Flooring: Uneven with lifting panels, Baseboards and Trim: Not completed, Stairs and Railing: Unfinished Downstairs Half Bath and Towel Hanger: Not replaced, Electrical Outlets and Light Switches: Not replaced, Exterior Doors: Insecure (both garage and back entrances)Water Damage Incidents: May 17, 2024, my house flooded due to negligence on your companys part. June 10th, the house flooded again during the master bathroom disassembly.Despite verbal assurances, no inspection or repair has taken place for the leaking ceiling in the lower den. The original contract, dated May 8, 2024, has not been honored. The trust established based on a referral has been shattered. Immediate Action Required: I kindly request a refund of $29,012.54 for the incomplete work. Additionally, I seek an additional $10,000.00 for loss of use and additional living expenses (ALE). ****** was hired based on the fact that he was licensed insured and referred in good faith, but the current situation is unacceptable. Immediate resolution is necessary. Thank you for your attention and time to this matter.
