Order # *****. I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes from this website on July 1 2023 for a total of $343.78. The order has been shipping for over a week now with no tracking information provided. I have attempted to contact this company for shipping details and the email they provided is not functional. I have also attempted to contact them via phone and have not been able to speak with anyone. I am seeking a full refund or delivery of the products I ordered.Initial Complaint

This company should be shut down. They are a scam. My son ordered a pair of shoes from this website for $200.00. I immediately sent them a message to cancel my order. They sent an email back saying it was cancelled and my money was returned to my card. The next day I checked my account and the money is not on the card but they took an additional $44.00 out my account. I want my money back and MORE!!Initial Complaint

On Thursday, December 8th I made an online purchase of $170 at Cadeaume.com. The order was set as payments through Affirm.com. I have made multiple attempts to contact the retailer in regards to my order/shipment of my order as I paid extra for Express Delivery and the item has not yet shipped. No one answers my emails, nor does anyone answer my online chats on the retailer's website. Through research, I have learned that the company does not communicate, is unreachable, and often does not fulfill orders. I would like to talk to a person about canceling my order. I have also reached out to the BBB of Metro Atlanta with this same information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

I ordered some **** vapormax gym shoes online. Company looked / looks legit and states they are in *******. There is NOTHING authentic about these shoes. I own a real pair I was looking to replace. No tongue tag, no **** insoles.wrong laces. Was supposed to be black and are navy. Glue dripping between the shoe and sole. Dont fit- loyal **** customer. Not even close to being authentic. On August ******* I made a purchase in the amount of ****** for some Lebron sneakers, I received an order # C- ***** after a couple of weeks went by I went to aquire about my purchase and when will I receive it. When I looked on line it says it's been shipped no other info was provided. When I sent an email asking when will I receive my shipment. I was sent an email that said what was chosen was no longer in stock and gave me the option of choosing another product or receiving a refund I chose the refund. Now when I try to contact them at [email protected] and telephone ************ the telephone number provided is not in service and can nolonger send emails to address that was provided.
