    I bought my camper back in August, it was used and it had a slide issue that I wanted to resolved if I were to buy it. They told me they would fix it and I could pick it up a couple of days after that. I picked it up and they assured me that it was fixed. I get to my destination 5 hours away and find out that it had in fact not been fixed. They then tried to tell me that they couldnt fix it because they didnt have the part to fix it. Even though they had assured me they fixed it. I now have ALOT of water damage and they refuse to fix it saying its my fault for not bringing it in as soon as I found the problem. Again I was 5 hours away and living in it for my travel job. I just want the water damage fixed without any problems.

    On May 10, 2023 an employee of Camping World dropped my 2017 Forest River wildwood xlite travel trailer. He was transporting it from their service area to a cul-de-sac street outside of their parking lot. At first glance I immediately noticed the front electric tongue power **** and footplate were damaged. In the beginning they replaced it with an inferior **** and had to replace it with another one. When I arrived at my campground the front electric stabilizer isnt working. I complained on-site to the manager that there was noticeable damage underneath my trailer he ignored me. When I called the store to speak with general manager she havent returned my call. Since February until May I have had to return to this store three times to have an awning installed that I had to refuse because it didnt fit. I want Camping World to reimburse me for the repair or replacement cost for the front electric stabilizer that was damaged when the employee dropped my trailer.

    Bought a brand new 2022 camper from camping world in April of 2022. Got it home and notice a massive water leak along with slides not adjusted properly amount a list of other issues. Took it back to them and they said they would take care of it. Picked back up a few weeks later with them claiming everything was fixed. Which is was not. The leak under the shower still pours water and now the fiberglass is cracking. With a long list of other issues too long to list here. Dropped the camper off a couple weeks ago and letting them know we need it back asap because its where we are living until we get our house built. They will not answer emails or return phone calls. Their solution was to trade our camper in and take a huge lose. This is unacceptable and theres absolutely no customer service.

    My husband and I dropped our camper off over three weeks ago for some repairs. After two weeks of not hearing from them we (my husband and I) have tried to contact them for a week to check the statues. We have both been told multiple times that the lady we are suppose to talk to isn't there. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for thirty minutes until I finally hung up. We have an aporching camping trip and would like some communication on the progress of the repairs. I feel like we are being shrugged off. They have possession of our very expensive camper so to us this isn't a small deal.
