Do not use this company! One of their agents, ******, actually used a credit we had with Delta Vacations to go on a vacation to ****** with her kids! She fraudulently used my name and email on the reservation to book it and used the credit we had! This is unethical and dishonest. Travel agents should not use their client's credits to go on vacations for themselves! DO NOT USE THEM!

Id give it a zero stars if I could! We booked thru them for the weekend, the room we got was really dirty and when we talked to the manager of the hotel, she said we would be refunded for both days of our stay because of the condition of the room. But she told me to call epik travel and talk to a manager too just in case. So I tried getting ahold of a manager but they keep telling me that it will be ***** hrs before someone can call me back. Than the representative I spoke to argued with me saying that my FREE tickets to Sea World arent free now! Which we went to the 90 minute seminar (the requirement to get the free tickets) and they told us that if we left before the seminar that we would be charged $300 for not attending the seminar (so of course we stayed!) and now because they are refunding the room, she wants to say we have to pay for the tickets that were FREE since we held up our end of the deal!?!? How does that even make sense! We spent an hour and a half of our vacation time listening to their speech and in order to get FREE tickets to sea world, our room was dirty, and now they want to argue with us and say it isnt free now????? And I cant get ahold of a manger! Ugh!!! Super frustrated! I should have stuck with ******/*******!Epic Travel Atlanta, LLC
