    On Tuesday July 2nd, I had gone in and sold my car outright to *******************. I signed the papers and was out the door with the information that they would pay off my loan and the remaining amount would be sent to me. The person I worked with told me it would be ***** days, which was no problem as we were moving. On Friday July 19th, I received my check for $2222.44. The next day, I took the check to the bank ATM and deposited it. That Monday, July 22nd I received notification that my account was withdrawn due to a returned check from *******************. Confused, I called my bank and was told they could not find the account number for this check. I called and spoke with someone to explain this, no one called back as promised. The next day, I call again and finally get a callback from GM ***. He told me he would work on it. I texted *** Wednesday July 24th to get an update and I did not receive a response. I texted again on Thursday July 25th to which he said he would be in but it should be on its way. I decided to take the weekend and never heard a thing from anyone. Today, I have called, texted and emailed with NO response regarding where my check is. This is becoming very sketchy and frustrating with zero help from anyone. Im trying to solve this before getting an attorney involved.

    Get ready for a wild ride. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. As far as our sale experience, we liked Mahir. He seemed honest. He was great and I am sure he had no idea what we were in for when we purchased this car. We had looked at several different Tahoe's and were going to come back the next day to have one delivered from the Roswell location. We got a call that the Tahoe that was going to be delivered for us to test drive was having transmission issues. It was disappointing but we returned to the dealership to test drive one more. We test drove a 2018 Tahoe and we noticed a few things. The ** was not running cold, the visor on the driver's side was broken, and the windshield had nicks/scratches. It also had no floor mats. We requested that they look at the ** to resolve the issue and top it off with freon. We also requested a windshield replacement, a new visor, and floor mats along with a tire rotation and balance. They gave us no issues on anything except for the floor mats. They finally agreed and sent us home with some very used weather mats that were bent completely out of shape. Not a huge deal, but I know they could have purchased new ones for it if they wanted to. They "repaired" the **, and told us to schedule the windshield, visor, and tire work after we got back from going on vacation the next week. We tried to call them several times to schedule the windshield and visor. One appointment we had made, we cancelled because of a family emergency. They said no worries, to schedule again. We made several attempts to do so. And then about a month goes by, and our ** stops blowing cold. We called them to see if we could get everything else scheduled at the same time. Low and behold, they said it had been over a month and they are not responsible for the items we agreed to.

    After a couple of weeks of trying to figure out what to do, I was looking over the paperwork and realized we purchased the premium warranty. My fianc purchased this car in his name and did all of the paperwork, so I was not aware of the one purchased - just that we did purchase a warranty. It was a $4,000 warranty through GWC that my fianc was told it would pretty much cover anything that went wrong outside of the powertrain warranty except for cosmetic damage and sensors on the exterior. Sounds great right?! We took our Tahoe over to an auto shop that was covered under the warranty company. They called us a few hours later and said that someone, very recently, wrapped our condenser in duct tape. So they assumed it was the condenser which is covered under the warranty. Awesome, right?! Well after further research and diagnosis, they realized it was, in fact, not the condenser. It was the ** lines. All major ones were leaking. And you guessed it, they are not covered under this $4,000 warranty. The floor mats, annoying but no biggie. The windshield and visor, I can live with. But now, we are paying almost $2,200 out of pocket to have these ** lines replaced. This dealership KNEW something was wrong with the ** and tried to put a temporary fix on it to get it off the lot and past the ***************************************************************************************** they did in fact know what was wrong and just didn't feel like repairing it. I am outraged. This is our primary vehicle that we transport our 2 year-old in daily. It is 100 degrees outside. We have no choice but to pay for the repair for the safety of ourchild. I have called them several times over the last couple of days and have yet to receive a call back from *******, the service manager. I will make one more attempt to reach out today before we go up there and demand to speak to the general manager about this. I know purchasing a used car always comes with unknowns. But this dealership KNEW what they did and now, just like when we tried to schedule the repairs that we agreed on originally, they will not call us back.

    SIDE NOTE: When you pay $40,000 for a vehicle from a "legit" (and now knowing what I know, I use this term very loosely) dealership, you expect it to be clean, correct? The car was filthy when they gave us the keys. Mahir arranged for us to come back for afull detail. I took time out of my Saturday to take it back and after a whopping 45 minutes, the car was "done". I got in and just laughed. It looked exactly like it did before but it smelled like bubblegum scented cleaner. It was greasy from a wipe down with some sort of cleaner for the dash. The interior roof still had stains, the steering wheel had build-up, there was a sticky substance in multiple areas, and the windows were a mess. At that point, I knew their "detailer" did not have the ability to get it detailed. I took it home and did it myself. Yet again, more of my precious time was taken to do something this dealership was supposed to take care of. Oh, and don't expect a full tank of gas. They only put $25 in, which in a Tahoe these days is almost laughable. ALL OF IT IS RIDICULOUS.
