    I bought the car on 9/16/23 and immediately started having problems with the oil light coming on. Immediate oil change . The battery died. Brake light repair , tail light repair. I had to replace a tire. They promised me the extra key fob and have never sent it to me.

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I have had with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from this establishment just two months ago, and I am dismayed to report that the warranty I paid for at the time of purchase is not being honored as promised.When I made the decision to purchase a vehicle from Auto World of Atlanta **** I was reassured that the warranty coverage would provide me with peace of mind in case any unexpected issues arose. Regrettably, this has not been my experience. Despite the fact that I have encountered a significant mechanical problem with the vehicle, this dealership has refused to provide the necessary repairs covered under the warranty.I have diligently followed the protocol for reporting warranty issues, providing all the required documentation and details about the problem. However, I have been met with an alarming lack of communication and assistance from their service department. This disregard for customer satisfaction and contractual obligations is deeply concerning.It is disheartening to find myself in a position where I am forced to bring this matter to the public's attention. I firmly believe that a business should stand by its commitments, and the warranty I purchased was a significant factor in my decision to buy from Auto World of Atlanta INC.I urge buyers to take heed to my experience and be careful when buying a car from this untrustworthy dealership.I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved without further escalation, but I am prepared to take the necessary steps to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld. Hopefully I get some COA regarding the vehicle warranty I purchased after sharing my experience.
