    I purchased this vehicle 2 months ago and it has left me stranded several occasions , it say hybrid warning only 1 week after purchase and wont start, lifted the floor board and water was 2 inches deep which started making all the electrical components malfunction the car lot knew this thats why it was in the garage when I came to purchase they stated nothing was wrong but they knew the hybrid system didnt work

    Hello ***************************, Sir we tried reaching out to you multiple times you never responded. Not once did you reach out to us for help...  we also even have a balance that was due for over 3 months which was never paid off. we sold this vehicle with current Ga emissions and with all fluids ready to go. Also you had the chance to test drive the vehicle which you did and they were no issues at the time of sale. you've already drove over 5k miles in the vehicle.. Also when payment was due at the end of the month you blocked all three numbers coming from Gwinnet luxury motors. so then we had no contact for you.

    I purchased a car at the end of July that was stated to have no problems, they told me it was sitting there for a little while but no issues were with the car, on the way Home that day it overheated. They paid to pick it up and from there it started. They told me they fixed the pumps but the next time I went to pick it up, it overheated. They tow it back and Now they told me they are fixing my head gaskets, I found out today at the Dodge dealer that they never did that. They also claimed to have changed my thermostat, But the dodge dealer informed me that they never put another thermostat in after taking it out. I paid $10,000 for this car and now im needing to spend another $10,000 to get an engines replaced, and my head gaskets done again with my thermostat. I want them to either get me my money back or pay for the repairs

This vehicle was sold as is with no warranty please read your buyer's order. It is your duty to do your homework before purchasing a car. We highly encourage to bring your own mechanic to make sure youre getting what you want. We can not give you anything towards ************. Due to the vehicle being sold as is no warranty in the ***********. we offered you a warranty through cars protection the day of purchase which you couldve purchased you chose to go a different route.. In good faith we we have offered to repair any issues free of charge Take care.
