purchased a vehicle from this location on ********. I traded in a 2022 Chrysler 300 and gave $3500 as a down payment. Two days later I came back to the dealership for a service issue and all of the vehicles had been removed from the lot. Two weeks after the purchased the dealer failed to pay off the trade in vehicle that is financed thru ****** ****** *****. I called and spoke to the Finance Mgr John who then stated “ they do not have a floor planner”(aka a finance company) and that they have let go everyone in the accounting dept. I asked when will my trade be paid off he stated he did not know. Upon looking on the ** **** ** *******, I also noticed the dealer never processed my vehicle registration with the state. So I am still responsible for the trade as well as the payment for the new car. I feel like this dealer knew they did not have the financial backing and yet committed fiduciary fraud by making this deal knowing they were not able to payoff the car. They refuse to give me my money back or take back the veh and give me my trade back. They have my trade vehicle listed for sale on their website and they have no ownership of that vehicle cause its still titled in my name with a open loan on it.

On 11 Oct 2024 my wife and I went to Osborne Chevy to look at a 2024 ****** we had seen on ********** and Osborne's website. On ********** it was listed for $30785. When we arrived at the dealership, i found the ****** and was looking at it when the salesman, Dante, greeted us. I showed Dante the ad on ********** and asked if the ****** we were currently looking at was the car in the ad. Dante looked at the ad on the phone and pulled up the VIN and stated that it was the same ******. So, we took it for a test drive, and then stated we would like to buy it. During the process of doing the paperwork for credit score and the Final cost of the ****** Dante's manager came in and stated he couldn't sell us the car for that price, and it would be $35000 for the ******. The manager also stated it wasn't on his web site for that price. I have a screen shot of the dealerships ad which states the cost to be even cheaper, at $29,411. the Manager also stated he was having a problem whit the site. I feel that is serious case of false advertisement and shouldn't be tolerated or allowed. I felt the manager should've honored the ad price, and then shut down the website until it was correct and investigated the ********** site for correct prices.

******** Amount: 1755.98 This company did not perform the tests they assured me for my vehicle. They also lied about the condition of my car and used the parts i bought but still charged me as if they purchased the part. Due to the negligence of this company, my head gasket was blown shortly after leaving the facility. The original payment was estimated at almost $3000. I was able to negotiate for a lesser amount when i came to pick up the car. Not knowing that they did not run a full diagnostic report/tests that would have prevented my head gasket failure.

Vehicle arrived here at Sutton Chevrolet on ********** and was picked up on **********. Vehicle was towed in because of leaking coolant and running hot. Vehicle was diagnosed with having a bad water pump,  and also needed a thermostat due to the vehicle being ran hot.  After diagnosis,  an estimate was given and the customer chose to supply her own parts. If we supply the parts on a repair , the vehicle will have a minimum of 12 months / 12,000 mileage warranty with the repair. If the parts are supplied by the customer, ( because of not using OE parts ) then the repair has no warranty with it. If there was a problem with the repair we performed it would not have taken almost 3 months to show up. It would have been just a few days . Recently, we spoke to her on the phone and advised her to bring it here for us to look at and she declined. She told us that she would not bring her bicycle to us !

On ************** I was communicating through email/text with a sales representative named ****** ****** at Sutton Chevrolet in Byron, Ga. I told him that I was interested in buying a 2022 Chevy *****. We electronically agreed on a price and I submitted to a credit check. He texted me back that I was approved. Every thing was good until I got to the dealership on ************** at about 1:30pm. ****** ****** brought his manager (not sure of his name, but I have a picture) into the office and he asked a series of questions. Manager said "why do you own property in ** if you live in *****" I told him "it's an investment property, many people own investment properties in different states"He said "there is no way someone like you can have credit and assets like this". (I was putting 6k down) I told him "you can look at the property records on the tax assessors office website and you'll see that the property that I want you to deliver the car to is in my name" Manager said, "Why do you want me to deliver it to this address" I said "because I can't drive right now, but it's impossible to find a car so I want to make sure I get one" (I then went on the site myself and texted ****** ****** a screen shot of my name on the site) Manager said "I already searched it up and just because ""A ***************"" owns this property that doesn't mean you own it."I said "you have my ID, my check stub from my job and I'm will to show you anything else" (I wanted to still buy the car because over my life I learned that you'll never escape racism) He said "you can fake anything, there's no way you are ***************, I'm not selling you this car, you need to leave." Manager asked a whole lot of other question like "who owned the property at my ***** address" "why are you buying a car in **" "what year/month did you get in Georgia" "why do you have so much money if you work at *********, which is a 30k a year job" "tell me you address in *****" "Where did you get this

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/08/15) */ This customer had a ** Driver's license (and wanted us to title and register the car in **), He was staying in *************************, and wanted us to deliver the car to another city ******** Georgia. His driver's license is Revoked according to the State of ******* DMV website. When questioned about his income, residence, occupation his answers were extremely vague. On his application he stated he was self-employed, and then later switched and said he worked for ********* - Ultimately, with nothing adding up I decided this felt like a straw purchase (which is illegal in Georgia). We did not sell the car. Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2022/08/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) None of this is accurate and doesn't address the complaint. Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2022/08/18) */ Our reason for not selling the car is stated in our initial response. Congratulations on your new purchase.
