    The company doesn't deliver when they say they will. They frequently lie to you before, during and after your move. The movers tried to fight my elderly father when delivering my stuff because yet another lie they told. They took my stuff to other states rather than delivering the next day as promised. Their customer service person/dispatcher is rude as well. Do not use this company. Hang up if they contact you.

    I was connected to this moving company through a Broker. From the beginning this company was sketchy - the estimate and size load was calculated prior to them picking up When they got there all of the sudden it was almost double. Nothing had been added. They tried to charge me another $2000. I unfortunately let them take the load because I had to move that day. That was 4/30/2022. As of yet, and it has now finally been delivered, I have yet to receive ANY paperwork as per Federal guidelines. I have asked several times and get nothing back from them. They missed 4 deliveries - last one was **** on Friday - 5/27 told me the truck was in town when in actuality was in NM and once again nothing from them but a lie. The final delivery company had no paperwork. Nothing was completed as required from the beginning, there is no **** of lading still and the only thing I was given at delivery was a partial inventory list. How I got all my stuff is a miracle. 26' foot box trucks only hold **** cubic feet which would have put my stuff over half the truck WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. I have filed a complaint with FMCSA - DOT and it is now on file, and I also filed with the *************************** that showed up and found illegal paperwork - everything fraudulent with this company at delivery. The sad part is the company they turned it over to got hurt financially. They didn't get what they were supposed to get. They refuse to communicate with you AS REQUIRED BY LAW - no phone calls, empty promises with deliveries, and they just don't care what they do to people. Everything is "I don't know". I ended up with two broken items of which I will just settle with since there would definitely not be anything from them to repair or replace. This company should not be in business - the fraudulent business practices hurt too many and not enough regulations to stop them. If this complaint protects the next person, than I did my job. I guess that's why they aren't members
