  Went to look at a 2020 Chevrolet 2500HD prepared to buy if everything matched up but my experience ended up being bad just like most of the reviews on here. They added a BS $895 coverage to the total price which ****** (Finance Manager) mentioned couldnt be removed. I was okay with that at first because he mentioned it covered the powertrain for 3 months/3,000 miles. ***** checking their website, I confirmed that was a lie because it mentioned no warranty on vehicles above ******* miles which the vehicle I was looking at was over that. I asked them if they could put the truck on the scanner to confirm it didnt have any pending codes which was on Monday. They claimed they couldnt do that yet because the shop was busy. It is now Wednesday evening and havent heard anything back so I can only assume they are hiding something since I told them I was ready to buy if they could confirm the truck didnt have any pending codes. They were in a super rush to sell me the truck until I called them on Monday asking for the truck to be put on a scanner to check for pending codes. Doesnt seem like they care and sure their response will be a generic one like they copy and paste to every bad review on here.

  The worst experience ever! Bought a Dodge Truck out of state and it has been a nightmare. Wrong VIN number on paperwork which took days to correct as it was for a different truck, sent deposit for delivery of vechile and it took 4 days to get a return call and when asked why was told they were too busy to call back, stated they didnt get the signed paperwork when we sent email receipts, was told truck was being delivered and it took 2 weeks later to receive, they never sent the title to the *** and we had to call and ask them to overnight it so we could tag the truck, sent sales tax check to *** and amount was way over than what we owed and was told we could get a check back for the overpayment and now being told anything over $200 goes to the loan. Absolutely the worst communication skills from everyone at this dealership. Nobody likes to Colombian ovation at this dealership or give a courtesy call. We were given so many excuses we thought we were getting scammed it felt off the entire process. Buyer beware!

  DO NOT shop here!!!!!! Dishonest, they Add warrantees and then say you cant remove them. You CAN! Said they didnt have the extra key Fob, previous owner was nice enough to go there and get it for me. Sold me a 2020 Land Rover with 17k miles, went to put tires on this vehicle, added brake pads as well. Only to find out it needed more workTook it to two places for quoteswas told to sell immediately! Went to a respectable Dealer in ******** to order part and see what the cost would be. The ** and Finance Manager came in and asked medid the people who sold you this car tell you it was a Buy Back? I said whats that? It the Lemon Lawthis vehicle was bought back from the Manufacturer and should have been sold at an Auction. We dont sell this stuff at Dealership's.*Reached out to Shottenkirk, Land Rover, CarFax, Attorney General, Consumer.georgia.gov, and attorneys.* Have met with ** ********************* and he made a copy of the CarFax that the other Dealer gave me along with my license. ***** had me meet with F&I Director ***************************** at ************ on Friday May 10, 24. He wanted to put me into another car to make it right.*I shared, I thought they should pay me for my Lexus and the difference in $ that the Land Rover wasnt valued at the amount they sold it for. Not disclosing it was a Buy Back is (Fraud) and misrepresentation (breach of Contract). He was going on vacation, his son was graduating. He would get back with me when he returned. But suggested I call back and talk to ********************* or *****. I called and got neither of them on the phone.As a Senior and member of this community its important that we strive to be better than this! My 2015 Lexus RCF Sport I traded in was paid off, they gave me $20.8k but charged Total price for the Land Rover $39,291.00 for a 2020 Land Rover that was worth at Auction price $13,751.85 as a BUY BACK! Added on warrantees $5,660. I had them removed (when they said No, they couldnt remove them. Total $47,047.75

  Ive purchased several vehicles from this dealership. My last experience wasnt a purchase. I was just looking starting the process. I was able to window shop without being pressured. That made me feel relaxed and not rushed to my decision. They are currently looking for the vehicle my wife wants since they didnt have one in stock. Im sure everyone has different experiences but Ive always had great ones at this dealership.

  I don't know if it was accidental or on purpose. But we test drove a cheap **** jeep and when financial came back with the **** had jumped almost 15k, and had the wrong invoice number. I don't play that game, it cost them a sell and I would tell anyone to research and pay attention if go there

  The Clowns of Canton If you are looking for a dealership to waste your time and drag you along grab yourself some popcorn and enjoy the show. The three-ring circus of clowns aka - the General Manager, Sales Manager Finance and Sales will dazzle you with their sideshow gimmicks to try and sell you a car. Step right up and see for yourself see their cute little nicknames on any of their website listings or in their case clown names. The Clowns of Canton need to pack up the circus tent - they call a dealership and move on. If you value your time and money PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE.

  I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado **** from shottenkirk Dodge of canton and its been in the shop more than its been out and it has a ***** mile warranty and they dont do anything they say and Im on the verge of losing everything because of this truck.

  Absolutely disgraceful place to do business I have been waiting to move waiting for title and registration for 6 weeks.I had to be out of my house today now homeless with no title or registration. They do nothing to help.

  I purchased a preowned car from this location back in December 2022, I was in the middle of moving between ** and **, my drivers license is from **, but my taxes and billing address were in **. I was assured by the sales and finances managers that I was going to be able to get a ******* tag and registration, specially since they were able to obtain a temp tag for *******, I had to deploy out of the country for six months, and the whole time I call and left voicemails without getting an answer, three months later they inform me itll have to be registered with ** instead, I said okay and it took them 3 additional months to get. Note that my deployment ended and Im now back in the country and cant drive my car, as I still dont have my tag or registration. Their customer service is terrible, they lie and say theyll call back and youll hear nothing for weeks! Now I am waiting for them to refund the tax difference of $1,513.00 to toward my principal loan.
