    Hired company to replace pool liner. Agreed on price and gave 50% of deposit on start of job. Around 2 months in the company backed out of job because they couldnt get correct measurements for new liner. Returned deposit less $925 which project was priced as a whole total in beginning. Didnt remove liner just cut it and left in pool but some of deposit was withheld for work performed. Will never was told if they canceled I would be charged for what they did, rather the measurements were right or not. Also never came when they said they were to take more precise measurements to send to manufacture. When contacted by my wife about the withholding of the full deposit she was spoken to so rudely and so nasty I couldnt believe a business man would speak in such a manner.Now we need to adjust our original loan for liner and wait longer for our new company to get it installed.
