  I reached out to Cherokee Tree and Lanscaping January 2023. They came out and partially dug out stones from my yard where they would be laying new sod. The agreement was that they would remove all the stone. They did not remove all the rock and tilled the rest into the ***** followed by laying dormant grass. They did not add a layer of fresh top soil. In April, I reached out to the company and informed them the grass is dead and never grew in. I sent multiple pictures and videos. They assured me, they would come out and replace the lawn within a month. June 8th, the company came out. They did not removed the origianl dead sod which was fused into the ***** They said it was too hard to do by hand so instead they weed whacked the top layer, and placed a thin layer of black soil, follwed by the new sod. The worker's of the company stated the orignial lawn was done incorrectly and they did not believe the second lawn would do well considering the company did not fix the problem. They stated the 2nd lawn is heat and drought resistant however, daily watering is needed in order to maintain some sod life. Since June, this 2nd sod has slowly been dying. I have sent multiple messages and calls keeping the company updated on the progress of the lawn in addition to requesting to speak with the owner, who does not return calls. They stated they would send someone on either 8/18 or 8/19, however no one showed up. I sent a message to the office 8/21 stating no one came on either day, and did not hear back from anyone.
