      Long story short, *******************************, the owner of this ********************* page, has stolen numerous amounts of money from thousands of people. She has promised to refund and while she may have refunded several people, not everyone has received one, including myself. She gives you the run around about checking and never does. I have asked multiple times to the point that she has blocked me on everything so Im no longer able to question her. Its ridiculous. This business is ridiculous. She is a money hungry thief who should be ashamed.

      On May 29, 2023 I purchase an item through this companies ******** page and still have not received it. I have reached out multiple times to get my money back. I paid through pay pal and its past the point of getting a refund through them. The owner will not return emails or ******** messages. She has done this to hundreds of other customers.

      I placed an order for a preorder item in June of 2023. I never received the product, and the owner has failed to respond to comments on ******** or emails from me. She has thousands of outstanding orders for other customers, and she claims she will refund but it will take time. She is rude and disrespectful to those of us who have asked for refunds, and she has now suspended me from making comments in the ******** group. She is actively selling new merchandise in her group, and I doubt those orders will ever be received either.

      I purchased these items and never received them. I have been reached out to about getting it fixed but it has been over 2 months since I have heard anything back. I would love my product but ultimately, I want my money back since these products are obviously never going to come. This seller is still posting new items for sale while people are still missing thousands of dollars amongst the community.

      On 9/27/23 I paid a preorder invoice for Christmas blankets x4 and they never came. No updates. Owner had made a post in her ************** in January but no refunds issued. It was a sob story. She had people post info on a thread for refunds then closed comments and never refunded anyone. She then started selling more in her words to make right on her debts but then would delete and comments for refunds. I have so many screen shots. Now I'm blocked from her group so I have no idea what's happening. She is a thief.

      On September 12, 2023 a pre order for two items were placed and paid for. The total was $82.90. It is now 3/6/2024 and the items have still not been delivered. When I purchased the items had an ETA of 4/5 weeks. At this point I do not want the items only a refund. I have emailed multiple times as thats what the picture at the top of the profile says to do but with no response. I have left comments on ******** as well with still no refund. Whats most frustrating as the owner has made many comments and posts about making things right and doing it all alone and its going to take so much of her time take care of everyone with past orders BUT she continues to post weekly if not daily of more items to place an order for. Its obvious that there are many people waiting for past orders to be either delivered given a refund for. Current orders need to stop until she makes things right.

      Purchased two HoHoHo outfits on 6/26/2023 for a total of $56 with an expected delivery of October 2023. Product never arrived and business owner never refunded. Purchased Paisleys Pumpkin outfit on 4/11/2023 for a total of $28.50 with an expected delivery of August 2023. Product never arrived and business owner never refunded. Purchased Mascots Collection shirt on 327/2023 for a total of $24 with an expected delivery of August 2023. Product never arrived and business owner never refunded. Business owner has not responded to messages on business page or emails or has made corrective action.

      I placed a preorder on September 1, 2023 for the amount of $63. I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out to company via email and ******** with no response. My bank will not refund me as there policy is 60 days to dispute and that was after the preorder was due to be shipped. My Order number was #******.

      Purchase a product from the company Once Upon a Boutique in May 0f 2023, item was supposed to be delivered by June of 2023 and it wasn't. I emailed the company several times about the item. I heard back once and was told that they would look into it. Never heard from them again. Lots of other people having the same issue with the company's online service. It's $87 worth of product, I just want a refund.

      I made a purchase from OUAB on September 1st for $59.00 and another purchase on October 22, 2023 for $26.00. The owner quit responding to her customers, made a ******** post and turned off all comments so that she cannot be reached. The number for her business has been disconnected and she will not respond to emails. I tried to file a dispute with my bank, but these purchases were over 60 days old. When items were purchased, it was as a preorder. One item should have arrived in October and the other December. I have sent her business two emails requesting a refund and get no response.
