      I placed an order with this online boutique on items that were a preorder in March 2023. I have tried to reach out several times to the business and have had little response. I have asked for a refund and advised them that I would be contacting your organization to try to help resolve this issue,

      9/18/23 claimed "cookie cutting board ornament" on ******** post. One 10/12/23 received an invoice and paid $16.00. Turn around time was 3-4 weeks, which would be the week of 11/6/23. I have not received an order update at any point, and I have never received my item. I have reached out through email and ******** messenger. This was a Christmas gift for my mother that I will not be able to give her because I have never received it. There are ongoing issues with this business currently, and many people are expressing that they have outstanding orders dating back to the beginning of 2023.

      After filing the complaint, it seems that my order was fulfilled. The order was a Christmas gift, but it was received on 12/27/23. No communication - shipping notification, order update, etc. - was provided by the business.

      I ordered 2 sets of boy polar express pajamas size 6/7 from this business on a pre order in May. It was part of a memorial day preorder sale. They were suppose to be here months ago and still do not have them. During the time frame of this I completed 6 other preorders and I have only received one. I am missing two dresses one in teal and one in rust color, a long sleeve shirt, 2 personalized children hats with my kids name on them, and a personalized ornament with over 20 names in it for a gift. I have emailed this business multiple times and gone through all channels asked and still have heard nothing. The owner ( ******) will not reach out and has TONS of people on the same boat as me. Her website is now down and has been for months so we cant keep track of our orders. She has told people to file claims if we want to but i along with so many others are out of the time frames with the bank and PayPal to get our money back. She has admitted on her ******** page that she has been a crappy business owner and is SO behind on getting things out. She is ghosting everyone and will not give money back or get our stuff out. I need help getting a refund on my 5 (or 6) outstanding orders or just getting by things. Please help me.

      I have placed an order back on 9/1/23. The item was a preorder with the estimated ship date in October. It is now 12/15/23 and I have not received the item. I have tried calling, ******** messaging, messaging on Instagram and emailing their customer service with zero response. I would like my item in a timely fashion or a full refund

      The first transaction occurred on 10-11-23. I bought pajamas and a blanket for a total of $170. It was due to ship in late November. It never shipped. I have emailed the business owner three times and messaged her page twice asking for a refund and have gotten no response. The second transaction occurred on 10-12-23. I ordered two advent calendars and paid in 4 payments using sezzle. These were supposed to be delivered by Dec 1, 2023 but they were not. Again I have contacted the business owner multiple times to no avail. I have attached order receipts from sezzle as well as from Shopify. I also included my bank statement showing I paid $170 to once upon a boutique

      On May 5, 2023, I eagerly ordered an item for $30.18, with an anticipated arrival in August. Following that, on July 14, 2023, I made a purchase of Adult Lu-Alike Leggings for $119.35, expecting delivery within 4-6 weeks. Subsequently, on September 8, 2023, I ordered a Personalized Santa Sweatshirt priced at $41.38, with an estimated arrival of 4 weeks from the purchase date.Regrettably, none of these items have reached me, despite my diligent efforts in reaching out four times without any response. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I took to social media to voice my concerns. It was only after this public post that I received a response and, subsequently, a refund for the undelivered Embroidered Local Team Pullover.However, the lack of updates persists, and the situation has escalated with the announcement of the storefront's closure. Disturbingly, the seller appears to be unresponsive to customer inquiries, going so far as to disable comments on their ******** page when numerous customers sought information about their pending orders. To exacerbate matters, a storefront closing sale was conducted, offering items for sale that had not been fulfilled for other customers.This sequence of events has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the fulfillment of my outstanding orders. I am currently exploring various avenues to address this issue, including continued attempts at communication, reviewing seller policies, and considering further action if necessary. I hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

      Ordered multiple orders and paid in full without receiving products. I am asking for full refund on these orders.

      I placed 2 separate orders from this company invoices paid for $30.50 on 10/10/22 and $74.05 paid on 11/8/22. The estimated turnaround time for the first order was 4 weeks from order date (10/25/22) and the second order advised an estimated arrival of late November. I have not received either of these items nor an update regarding them. I have left comments on the ******** page and also emailed them to no avail. I would like to either receive my items in a timely manner or cancel my orders for a refund.
