I strongly advise against patronizing this business.Short version: they didnt listen to what I asked for and accused me of lying about it, got the car interior dirty, did a bad wax, caused damage to my cars entire paint job and trim, wouldnt allow me to explain what the damage appeared to be, denied all possible responsibility, escalated to an argument, and physically menaced me to get me to leave. This is not exaggeration. The staff arent just unprofessional but actively hostile, particularly the woman who seems to run the office. I cant stress enough how potentially damaging an encounter with her might be.Long version: My car had been parked under a tree and there were spots of sap, which I mentioned. I asked them to wash/wax and not do any work on the interior, which I repeated three times, to be sure.When I tried to discuss my concerns following the service, she dismissed me with utter contempt. She cut off every sentence I started and raised her voice to drown me out. I was never able to articulate my concerns. She laughed at my questions and repeatedly changed her explanation of the damage. I finally lost my temper when she accused me of lying about the interior (the second employee to do so), partly because she had again raised her voice to prevent me from speaking and it was the only way to be heard. She was repeating, No you didnt, no you didnt, no you didn't, and I shouted that, yes, I had.The most disturbing part happened when the staff heard me shout. Five men came and surrounded me. Two approached with implicit violence, one coming so close that his chest was inches from my face. I think he was just trying to frighten me, but the other had to be verbally restrained by his co-workers. The owner did ask me to call him to discuss. He was calm and reasonable. Though he didn't believe they had caused damage (having investigated, I think it was from improperly stored microfiber cloths that had picked up grit), he did offer to take a look.
