      I ordered a suit from trend setting fashions 9/16/21 because deliverys was so backed up because of Covid I didnt dispute it right away I was trying to give it time to get there considering that it was coming from *****. When I realized that I wasnt going to get it I filed a dispute with smi one I. November of 2022 they said it was no error. I called them back they said they was going to investigate it further then they said it was no error again even though they took my money, and I never received the merchandise. I was giving it time because deliverys for everything was backed up because of Covid I bought furniture in 2021 and I didnt get it until 2022 so I figured it was the same case with this order.

      I am writing with a complaint about my card being locked without my permission. **************** explain there was a fraud alert. I confirmed through the *** along with a CSR representative my social security number, address and phone number. My email and all personal information has been the same and never changed. *** sent an email requesting me to send a selfie holding my State Issue I.D. which makes me uncomfortable as my personal information has already been compromised. Why this company wants to subject me to further harm baffles me. If all of my information has been confirmed, and with SmiOne receiving state issued Child support payments, the address and personal information can be confirmed through the state. The locking of the card caused me to use a credit card for plans which has interest. I also have upcoming payments that directly come out of my account. Im looking to have this solved expeditiously without any further issues that can affect my identity.

We have been trying to reach you at the phone number on file to discuss your concerns and share some information with you. Unfortunately, our agent has not been able to speak with you.

      On July 12, 2024, our fraud monitoring system detected high-risk activity that indicated your card account could be compromised. A temporary block was placed on the account and identifying documentation was requested to ensure we were only interacting with our customer. On July *******, you spoke with the smiONE **************** and successfully completed additional verification measures. After confirming the recent activity with you, access to your funds was immediately restored.  

      smiONE takes fraud prevention very seriously. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you and hope that you can understand our efforts to protect your account.
