Your feedback is very important to us! Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with smiONE. We have been trying to reach you at the phone number on file to discuss your concerns and share some information with you. Unfortunately, our agent has not been able to speak with you.
On July 12, 2024, our fraud monitoring system detected high-risk activity that indicated your card account could be compromised. A temporary block was placed on the account and identifying documentation was requested to ensure we were only interacting with our customer. On July *******, you spoke with the smiONE **************** and successfully completed additional verification measures. After confirming the recent activity with you, access to your funds was immediately restored.
