    I placed an order, it never arrived. Emailed them 3 times never got a response so I had to dispute the charge. Will never order from here again.

    **************** is awful. I purchased a tshirt that once I washed according to their directions, has huge spots that are missing color. Since I washed it I cant return, which is ridiculous since its damaged. It took over a week to get a response from customer service and once I did, I immediately responded and have not heard back. Its been 4 days since the email. ****** was supposed to be sending me a link to purchase shipping for a replacement shirt. At this rate itll probably be sold out before I can do that and I have a shirt that is majorly unintentionally discolored. I love the graphic tshirts and already have a few of them but this is making me never want to purchase again.

    By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered from an online boutique. Zaful puts them to shame. Really disappointing considering I've been a huge ***** fan since 2012 and was so excited to finally support her business. I ordered 4 things for my mother in law on Cyber Monday when the ENTIRE website was on sale. When I opened up the delivery, I knew immediately that she would hate how low cut the one sweater was (did not realize that based off the pics - looks way different in person). I spent $12 to ship it back just for them to tell me it was on sale so it doesn't qualify for a return. My options were to pay out of pocket again for them to ship me the shirt back or I get nothing and settle for being down $12. I'd be upside down on a sweater that I don't even like! Haha! That caveat should have been on the return instructions sheet that I was emailed. I didn't see it anywhere on the website on CYBER Monday. I understand the consumer has a responsibility but how shady is that? Every online website I've ever ordered from makes it ******* clear that it is a sale item and not eligible for returns. Do better. The amount of money is honestly arbitrary. It's the principle that will prevent me from returning as a customer. The 14 day return policy in general is pretty intense and this is the cherry on top. Just hope that this feedback gets to the decision makers so this doesn't continue to turn off more customers (unless that's not a concern, which in and of itself would be a fundamental business problem). **** sad that this has completely tainted my view of *****. The amount of commission that woman has gotten from me shopping through her links - LOL! Making me pay for the return is the definition of *******************, pound foolish.

    Rosie daze boutique has the worst customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans years ago that ripped after a couple wears but the jeans were cute so I didn't care. Then I ordered two pairs of pants during a warehouse sale recently thankfully I got two for the price of one because her stuff is expensive and it's very cheap quality. The jeans felt like a weird material. The items took like 2 weeks to be delivered and I live less than 2 hours from the warehouse. Their clothes are also not fit for curvy women. I'm not a bigger woman but I have a **** and I ordered my size from what I typically order and not to mention the sizing guide was almost non existent so I blindly ordered what I hoped would fit and it did not. I tried to return, paid $10 to return the item and found out like 2 weeks later to find out I can't return the item because it was a warehouse sale but I can pay $1 to receive my items back. It's a scammy, mis managed business. She knows her products are cheap or else she would back her products better.
