    I ordered a caa mck from this website. The day I ordered it it was marked delivered so I contacted them to see what was that about and I was told it was marked delivered because it was sent out. I contacted them today to see when will it be here and I was told today. I then got the notification on my Shop app giving me the delivery details. It said today by 7pm so I stayed home to wait on it. At 3:16pm my order was marked delivered and it was not so I filed a claim with *** as well.

    ********************* made the order August 21, 2023. We packaged it up and shipped it out the very next day, August 22, 2023. We shipped it to his address which he gave us via **** The tracking number is 1ZRW93430399506488. *** delivered his package to him and when you track the package it shows "delivered". We did everything right and in a VERY timely manor. *************** even asked if "can the package could be left at my apt door". I am adding a screenshot of his order where he gave us his address and asked for it to be left at the door. We also provided him with tracking. I feel like he is trying to scam but all I know is we did exactly as he asked.

    I am rejecting this response because I spent my money and did not receive what I ordered. I filed a complaint on both the *** and this company. When I ordered it immediately said shipped so that was a red flag for me. I contacted this company and they provided me with an answer so I waited. I contacted again to get a tracking number that wasn't automatically sent that was another red flag. I order stuff ALL the time. I waited at home as my order was marked delivered and immediately contacted **** and filed a complaint with them as well. I do not care that this unprofessional guy thinks I am trying to scam him because I let him know from jump that I felt that something was wrong. Be it the company or ***p I need my money or what I ordered. This guy was very rude and accused me if scamming more then once after I spent my money with this company. I do not like how I was treat or the lack of help I received when I notified them that I did not receive my package. And I still have not received my package.
