**** plumbing came out to replace a toilet on April ******** From what I can tell they did a decent job on replacing the toilet. However I was leaving to go to the ************** and I realize there was a Nick on my car they had backed in to my driveway. There is white paint and the workers van was wiped it is possible that the driver side door or the back van door swung open to get the new toilet out could've hit my car. The bus driver even made a comment that they were parked so close to my car that they didn't know if I was home or not I had to pull up so they can drop off my little one. I called the office management and said hey could you possibly ask your guys if they notice if they hit my vehicle immediately she said if they would have she is certain they would have said something I said man people make mistakes there's a possibility they didn't realize it could you please asked she got hostile with me and said she'll see what she can do it hung up also sent her pictures of the damage. She was going back-and-forth with me being very catty and arrogant and basically called me a liar. I have better things to do than sit here and fabricate stories against businesses. The next day at 11:10 office manager sent me another message insisting that her guys didn't do it that it was now possible it was my fiancé's truck so now they are trying to put the blame on my fiancé which is kind of reaching and she's harassing me on the following day 0n April *** 2022.

I have never come across a more unprofessional company. My mom and I discovered a leak in the bathroom that extends into the hall. Mom wanted a couple of estimates. H**** Plumbing could not come out until Thursday and **** ********** ******** could come Wednesday. So Wednesday **** ********** came. They were very nice but the problem is a serious one. They sent a company called ********* who would have to do the work to get ready for a plumber. Then they sent another person to go down with a camera to find the leak. **** ********** did not charge a service call fee but H**** was going to. At 11 a.m. I called H**** to cancel the appt. I explained to the lady it would make no sense for them to come as they would have to have there company call someone else and my 94 year old mom didn't want to go through all that again. The lady told me she had to charge me a $85 cancellation fee. I told her we weren't paying a cancelation fee, and she wanted my credit card number. I hung up on her. Then the manager or owner Ryan H**** called and asked if had called and hung up on someone there. I said I sure did and said you want to tell me why. Again I explained to him what I had told her. He would not let me talk so I said wait and let me finish. He told me.....let me ******* finish! I could not believe what he said to me and expressed this to him. He told me I was a ******* *****. His last words to me was **** ***. I have never been talked to like this ever, especially a business owner. I am still in shock. Everyone needs to know this company could care less about their customers. Stay away from Hayes Plumbing!

    Hays Plumbing, LLC Response

    02/19/2024

I am sad to hear someone was disgruntled about an experience they never had with Hays Plumbing. We never serviced this homeowner, but would like to say common courtesy to give an advanced noticed to cancel an appointment with someone you have for 3 days . Also, it's not any difference in a cancellation fee when not showing to a doctors appt. You should probably refrain from hanging up and talking to office staff so rude and being courteous of other people's time.

My rebuttle.....I did hang up on the lady who insisted I pay the cancelation fee. The manager called me back and cussed.....yes cussed me out with words I never say. To think a legit business would have a manager talk to a customer like this for canceling an appt made the day before. I now realize it was not a legit company, it couldn't be, just a work from home so called plumber. I had the phone on speaker and there witnesses to the whole conversation. I waited until 11:00 because it was my 94 year old mothers home and had to wait until she got up to see what she wanted to do about the second opinion. I suppose he was so upset with me because I was probably his only customer. If he wants run a legit business and have customers I suggest learning how to treat customers, learning some manners and curb the profanity would be a great start!
